Just use 2 AA batteries to test the led. Safe and sound. There is always a danger from electric shock if that does not kill you. Crazy idea.

You are absolutely correct.. its not enough to making 220 Ac to DC converts with few cheap components.. Definitely it wont last for long..If components burn or short, there so much risks of shocking hazzard
With two AA only single LED can be checked.

Be careful electric shock ! This is not a isolated power supply. Always use isolated transformer power supply.

Exactly ,nice idea but a bit precarious ,safety circuit recommended.
No isolation from the mains without a transformer. This could be very unsafe to use.
There is a lot more wrong than that: Capacitors between human and mains voltage should be class Y1 safety capacitors. A fuse or fusible resistors should have been used. No protection agains mechanical defomations. Flammable paper around high voltage components. No cable strain relief. But indeed, transformer is the first safety measure you take.
@2.17: A piece of flammable paper around the components? Not a cool idea when components fail. Your composition is very attractive showing how to build but in operational use it is much safer to use a proper pcb that fits inside the casing, certainly in case of 230V stuff.

ये सबसे खतरनाक सर्किट है. इसमें शौक लगने का खतरा है. इस तरह के पावर सप्लाई में कोई मेन्स आइसोलेशन नही होता. सस्ते 50 रुपए वाले चार्जर में यही सर्किट लगाते है और बैटरी फट जाती है.

Both will be dependent on input voltage and frequency.... Note that even same voltage & difference in frequency will give you different out put voltage

If you insert wrong polarity , the LED chip will burns? For diy LED backlight tester with LED driver circuit , reverse polarity will burn LED chips

@@RJEDITALL very good. Can you make like this with maximum 90V? I like to test many series LED at same time.
I used XL6009 step up module + 2.2k ohm resistor and it performs like your project.
It has 45 volt and it dont burn LEDs in reverse polarity.
For repairing LED , 40 volt out for tester is low and it takes more time to test all panel's chips.

I heard we need to replace weak shottkey diods with strong one and we need to use thicker wire on induction and using high capasity capasitor.

Just reverse the adapter and you will get electric shock.... Very risky with 2 pin input.. If you want to use this then use either transformer or three pin plug to make sure of phase and neutral side.
