I got proven wrong with my theory and now that I look at these videos I just can’t see them the same according to this girls theory they weren’t like switched personalities they are just enhanced of their old personalities but still amazing animation it’s just now that I’ve seen that it kind of feels weird in my brain but really cool
I never saw them as the exact opposit of their game characters. How I portray them or see them is that their personalities are simular to the game personalities just toned down. Pregame kokichi is still a huge liar just more to himself, I always imagine him saying that he hates liars but in reality he keeps lying to himself or lies by not telling shuichi the whole truth. I don't see kokichi as an uwu shy boy eithere. I see him aa quiet to people he doesnt want to interact with but really strong minded when it comes to his opinions. While I see shuichi as obsessed with danganronpa (like game shuichi is obsessed with the truth) I don't see him as a killer or murderer or psychopath, he's just a nerdy kid who's freaking others a little out by being overbearing with his obsession. Even tho he seems happy Outside he's held down by all the anxiety and Stress from his Parents.
