Your videos are amazing. There is this one girl whom I met about 12 years ago, who was very much intrested in me and more so, so was I, but because of me not having mucp experience around attracting gorgeous and beautiful girls, I almost lost her, and she disappeared into oblivion.
Although she lives a few blocks away, which may be within 200 metres range from where I live; I have never seen her again, but I'm madly in love with her. Do you think this will help me attract her into my life as my ideal companion?
This is very interesting how I've been listening to all the videos for a yr an a couple months an been writing about how to put it into words about those self realization an the experiences along the way that confirmed my beliefs or showing me what I truly felt and resisted true believe because of outer and external circumstances and past experiences based on how I dealt with my inner talk what's the reason I'm commenting is the past week or two it's like I've been listening to your videos its like u speaking what I wrote down sounds crazy like but make sound so much better an to the point without explaining in great detail one way of living an being an that's thur God where once ur able to see it living in the flow or state of being others were relate and appear to to confirm what they imagine to be true ...

Joseph, hopefully this reaches you, and you do not take offense to what I’m about to say.
Why am I saying this? Because you are handsome, and you are intelligent. You have an interest in improving the mind. So I don’t think this is far off, this is irrelevant, nor is it rude, what I’m about to say.
I think you need to focus more intensely on your aesthetic, especially seeing you have an interest in leadership opportunities. You should consider getting a nose job, and you also should consider on creating a more intensive routine for your skin. I think it would be beneficial for you to focus on improving the elasticity of your skin, or perhaps PRP injections in the forehead for a smoother appearance.
You are already handsome enough, but if you are interested in reaching other audiences, it might be a feasible approach.
Yet how safe is this? How much does this really change you life? Do you need a different audience to begin with? All these questions are important to ask.
If Joseph were to say you know, fuck you, I’m fine with how I appear- that’s fine but he likely would receive more receptive prospects. Lots of potential. Just depends on your philosophy.

I've tried to record myself and listen to the recording at night but I can't fall asleep and after 5 days I've quite. Any suggestions or help??
You may just not be used to listening to your own voice. Speaking in a relaxing tone could help, but I would wean myself on it by perhaps meditating to it first and seeing if that helps you grow more accustomed to it.
Turn the volume down. That’s helped me get used to it
