I also love his music after listening to "Silk Road" played when I was enjoying a magic evening under a star spangled sky in Turkey in the late eighties... This music touches my soul and it is of timeless beauty ♥️

My mum use to play this when i was little. I haven't heard it for over 15 yrs until tonight when I just randomly came across it. I only had to hear a few seconds of it to recognise it was a song my mum use to play. At 5 years old I loved this music. I still love this music now 24.

I saw him perform in Japan back in 1981 when I was living in Kyoto, Japan. I lived there for 3 years and grew to love the culture very much. Now I live in California. Yeah, Kitaro is amazing.
I know how you feel, I first saw him perform when I was living in Japan in 1981, it was amazing to see him, what an experience. He reminded me of a cat, his facial expressions, such good vibes, transported to Heaven. I lived in Japan 3 years and loved the culture. The weather was too extreme for me though. i live in California now near Mt. Shasta. I was born in California, so it is comfortable to me, except for COVID lockdowns and the Presidential problems, ha ha, besides those things, life can still be worth living.
