Hah! I love how a few of my chooks that I let in the house like to "dust bathe" on anything soft. They especially like fleece! I even have one hen that _really_ insists on laying on fleece blankets.. LOL
I found that the really "wormy" looking fleece "chenille" fabric (like they have for bathroom rugs) makes a great enrichment and sensory toy for any hens I need to bring inside the house. I toss some scratch in there and they will dig and peck and scratch for soooo long, then roll around in it! It must feel like being snuggled by a million little tiny blankets xD

I just adopted a 6 mouth old hen that has been living in an apartment.
I am currently trying to get her adjusted to living outside.
