Hye I just wanted to say thanks for posting this. I've struggled with the same sort of thing and I actually have an appointment for a consultation, but I'm still a little nervous and unsure. It's really helpful to hear from someone else who went through a similar thought process (just..not being able to stop thinking about it really haha) before starting and to hear that it's going well!!

being much hungrier is scary for me. my identity is also much more androgynous and dont want to increase bmi. it is nice to hear you talk about angular face. what was your experience with bmi

I gained more muscle and lost a lot of fat. I weigh pretty much the same as I did before starting T, but I feel so much healthier and happier with my body.

why cant yall just workout to achieve a masculine look instead of risking regretting with testosterone. its a male hormone.

@@adrianadelorden yes but men produce much more testosterone than women. imo she should of tried working out first instead of hopping on testosterone immediately.

Testosterone was definitely not an immediate choice for me. And I've been an athlete pretty much my entire life, so I know what my body looks like when I work out. For me, going on T meant aligning my body more closely with my gender identity by giving myself some extra testosterone, which I already produce some of. All of that said though, it was definitely a big choice and I put a lot of thought into it!

Haha, I definitely don't want to look like a bodybuilder! People (including me) go on T for more reasons than gaining muscle.
