Having been homeless myself back in the day. Being put up in a hotel would have been off the upmost luxury. Even to this day I've never stayed in a hotel. Our country needs to sort out our own homeless people first and foremost.
Me and my partner were homeless for around 3 yeears in London sleeping on the street and in squats in the 90s we were just saying we would of been delighted if somone put us in a hotel with all food & expenses paid, we litrally had nothing an no family to put us up. We're both doing well in life now but it was rough
