He'll face some legal challenges. Most from southern states with lawsuit after lawsuit, but a President has a load of constitutional powers he can utilized. Really, the border is a Presidential obligation. All constitutional powers given unto the commander & chief as it applies to the border.

There is nothing clear. I will be satisfied if our process is expedited as we have not even approved the petition within 3 years of marriage, and we need also the forgiveness. At this pace, it will take 10 years to legaliza the spouse of an American Citizen, which is a shame this is taking so long. My dad can't travel no more and I want to go with my spouse to vist. Within 10 years he may be death. No need to take so long.
If Biden really could do this, would be great. Obama promised similar, and congress became Republican and nothing was done. 😢
I hope this is true. It's a shame that families are separated this way. Even when a sibling from an American citizen, who is granted documents and who is married and with children, get separated when their spouse is not included.
I wonder what will be happening also with family members that we have requested and if theyarea family, then to keep it together, not bringing them in pieces.
Both political parties keep a list of promises to make 6 months before an election to garner votes. Those promises are never kept in order to use them in the next campaign for votes. It's a vicious circle of lies we fail to keep them responsible for. It never changes.....

This is very moral plan. There is no such an illegal human being. You cannot prevent human being from obtaining some kind of citizenship just because you were born with a citizenship in your mouth.
It's called an indentured servant... The promise of freedom if you are willing to work for them for the next 7-10 years and keep democrats in office. And not everyone was born with citizenship. My cousin came to the US 7 years ago from the Philippines after waiting in line for 20 years. Why should you get to skip the line?

I’m happy for those who will benefits from this but at the same time sad for those who have waited in line and came in legally, paying taxes and no bad records or whatsoever and married to a US citizen for 10 years but unfortunately US spouse cannot sponsor them due to low income. Now they give more preference and easy access to those who came illegally and to those who never pay taxes. This is insane and unfair. I don’t know where this government is heading. millions of immigrants is waiting in line who came here with visa and waiting to be sponsored by their spouse but this government make harder for them but make it easier for those who really don’t deserved not all of them deserved it. If the Pres. passed amnesty it would have been better no immigrants should be left behind.
