Dear advocate muzi....I am south african based in the free state. I am just a nobody who can't even make ends meet.unemployed uneducated and always weak.i always enjoy watching different court cases of our political leaders and it obviously brings the joy of watching when lawyers debate in defence for our leaders.its my first time to listen to how you feel about some of the things happening in south africa. I personally think that juliaus malema of the eff and zuma of the mk are in the road to success with the likes of mpofu , mkhwebane and other lawyers in south africa. I thought u are good but i never knew that u are so powerful .you mean everything to us who love you and we cherish your ideas.listening to you makes us wake up and think there is still hope.stay blessed...AMANDLAAAAA....❤

Muzi's thinking inspires. He's one of the very few who in the legal fraternity recognises and acknowledges the lack of a dichotomy between law (its creation, character, and its practice) and the broader social sphere within which it interdependently exists. This is both a rarity and importance: a legal philosophy rooted in an intentional and transformative social praxis. Thanks for the episode.

Look at how hard they are trying to suppress Malema, and blacks of SA have joined the wagon of suppressing malema with nothing tangible to back their hatred towards him, I mean there's no harm amongst our black politicians holding each other accountable against corruption and other criminal activities, but the enemy wish to portray him as a flip flopper. There may be disagreements but no hatred, we've seen this even between him and Zuma, but the majority of our are so blind to the tactics of the enemy who wish to give us crumbs instead of sharing the table with us.

"Behind the ostensible government sits enthroned an invisible government owing no allegiance and acknowledging no responsibility to the people. To destroy this invisible government, to befoul the unholy alliance between corrupt business and corrupt politics is the first task of the statesmanship of the day. " This statement was made by the President of America. So, I fully agree with the advocate. 😢

    -I enjoy 🎧 to activists
    -I enjoy philosophical discussions.
-I voted EFF because of their policy articulation not because I love the Eff and ACDP because I'm conservative.
(I have a few questions about truth, deception and a lie)
I have been to West African countries. E.g some States in Nigeria black ran, chasing out the Europeans in their mainstream economy, a cleansing.
It is now hell there, health crisis, children die like ants, bad infrastructure, bad social welfare to mention just a few, they had no capacity, no socioeconomic plan of action.
Concerning me* countries like that have black billionaires like nowhere else in Africa in arts, religion, finance, agriculture etc but still their sorry government doesn't get aid from them, if they do the same government will chow it.
What is black excellence, the intellegia and leadership? If corruption, greed and political careerism are the agenda of the day e.g Mathodzi black intellegia.
You can talk about the DRC or Zimbabwe. Their residents come to 🇿🇦 to the highest inequalities, do we still pursue the same stance of Zim, Nigeria and others?
I think it's important to take that direction, do we have the leadership =😔
Do we move away from the West to the BRICS?
🇿🇦 Yes can do it, if we have and understand the bigger picture
Is the problem of transformation the ANC and the fear of this transition the EFF and MK, it is for the many how the unknown future might look like? When you examine how radical economic transformation led to the life demise of its population in many African States.
Is it t very difficult to demand and realise equity in 🇿🇦. Do we need it? Yes for the future of all our children, to have a different and a non-racial country in the economy and everything.
Personally I think we need all South Africans, all races, all classes but we know it is an impossible position to arrive at hence a revolution. History says in South Africa No1 are white No2 Indian No3 Coloured and No4 black and it is how we treat each other and live our daily lives and change is demanded by those in the disadvantaged because the higher the rank the more resistance to change.
Do I believe we can make this transition peaceably and effective by making citizens very educated, make education in 🇿🇦 which is
not expensive. The Police, the judiciary ⚖️
and economic policies working for all equally?
Yes I believe it can work.
    But
it is not what everyone that wants it especially if it will make everyone equal before the face of the law, in education and the economy 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

I believe that all the black parties in Parliament share responsibility for the current situation. Just picture a scenario in which these parties united forces and presented a joint approach to the ANC. It seems to me that both Mohale and Sikhakhane are envisioning an ideal world rather than the complex political reality. How would you deal with a party that offers to collaborate with you only if you remove your president, like MKP? Or a party that aims to overthrow you from power and not open to making compromises EFF?

Hey! To my black brother and, adv. Skhakhane, in my view the judiciary has not transformed, because judiciary is and maintain white supremacy, and yet the majority still do not have access to courts, that simply translate to what the so called Constitution relates, in reality is that this constitution was not written to mean Majoritarian rule, but maintaining the hegemony of white supremacy. So what u see with project Ramaphosa is Axactely to continue to suppress the majority from exclusion from Controling the means of production. However, though it is clear though that the pro Zuma Malema the agenda is merely to silence the left majority and divide the black majority, and narrate a view that blacks cannot govern the country. That divide and rule posture will remain with us, as long as the same Constitution remain intact the majority will never be free to take decision for their destiny.
