I searched for it but couldn't find it , how can I promote those mythic artifacts beyond +10 , only with double ones or can I farm them somehow .

You can only promote them using duplicates, there are some promote materials that can promote any mythic artifact, but that is pretty much for paid players only.

Can i replace zelus with lasser or khamet?

Kind of, that mage needs to hit the mobs blocked by the left defender. I believe their basic attack/ult could reach to that tile when mobs start to build up.
