Brilliant. Had intermittent problems where “Normal” cycle would not light, but other cycles would. Eventually, no cycle would start. Wayne’s tip on checking the door switch continuity check saved us a bundle. Literally took 15 minutes to remove (Torx 15 for door panel screws and Torx 20 for control panel mount, small flat head screwdriver to release connectors and remove strike plate) and check with multimeter - door switch was indeed broken. Received replacement door switch from SearsPartsDirect within one week. Another 15 minutes to re-install (including new strike plate), and we’re back in business. Thank you sir.
This video only applies if your washer is empty of water. If your washer has water and won't start, there.s likely a water system issue. Vacuum out the water with a wet/dry vac, remove and clean the filter. Check the filter area for any remnants that may have circumvented the filter. Remove and clear the drain pump of obstructions. Reinstall and attempt a cycle again, cancel cycle after 20 seconds to test drain effectiveness.
@SearsPartsDirect my Kemnore 665 will fill with water, I can hear a click, like it's going to start the wash cycle, but it doesn't wash, then it drains after a little while. Please help
