    This!!! Been realizing this through self reflecting too. The whole point is for you to know that you are already whole. You don’t have to wait for anything external to give you “permission” to experience anything. You can create that feeling yourself over and over again. You just have to decide. And even if the desire doesn’t come, you will be okay because you know that that feeling is something you already have. This is freedom, nothing controls you anymore. You are not a slave to anything external anymore.

    I like to go on bike rides to make myself feel more grounded. Especially b/c I’m always getting that workout in that makes me feel so good afterwards. It helps me get out of my head & realize that everything I desire/want really is easily accessible to have right now. Once you’re not in your head so much & generally working on your self-concept, you are unstoppable. Trust.

    Love this! Thanks Joy! Made me realize that I have to have an invisible boundary around me for my personal space which will help me realize that everyone and everything energetically has it too… everyone wants to breathe from time to time so deattachment is really important✨

    If you let your conscience run free then you will soon detach & untether your world to unlock infinite possibilities, parallels & uncover what it really means to wield the power of potential in its entirety. Empty your soul of fear, dare to be brave, to be fearless is be fierce for only then nothing can hold you back, resonate in a state of confidence & don’t be confine by doubt for only then will you embrace your relentless source of innate excellence. Resilience is the elixir of metamorphosis!

    Since watching your videos, it's made me think a lot about the things I "wanted". In many cases, I realized it was really things that other people thought I should want. Now I am a lot more focused and a lot less stressed. I am also a lot more frugal with my money, saving more and when I spend, it is on things that are important to me, instead of things society "deems" that I should have. But best of all, I have managed to take away a lot of the power I mistakenly thought other people had over me. Thank you.

    Hey Joy! I love the takes that you have on things compared to other things I have heard. Like, your examples and explanations are real and relatable in the sense that you're answering the questions of overthinking while also giving an answer to someone with overthinking (like me) to immediately snap out of it and see a different point of view. All of what you say makes so much sense and is very helpful. Thank you Joy!

    the exercise of personifying our dream reality was insighful. it not only shed light on my stagnancy with reaching my goals but how i've pushed potential lovers away by emitting this energy. of course it stings to see your flaws, however im at a place now where im ready for change so im okay with this discomfort, its the catalyst to my shifting i needed to hear. thank you for the message 🙏🏾

    I liked your thought about desires that are from fear. I see how fear of missing out (FOMO) creates desire in my life that is coming from fear vs. coming from a desire for something that will bring love or peace into my life. I also liked your thought about once we get what we wanted the good feelings don't last, and we are on to the next desire. I have spent more time appreciating what I have and reduced my time spent on wanting the next thing. Thank you for creating your thoughtful videos.

    Hi Joy. Very inspirational. Thanks.
    The only thing I would slightly disagree with, or at least find misaligned with my views, is when you say: 'I want you, but I don't need you.'
    This brings to mind a friend of mine who tends to be rather needy and insecure. To play it cool, she sometimes texts me things like, 'I really want us to go out somewhere/do something fun together/see you, but if you don't want...whatever.' This instantly puts me off and makes me question the genuineness of her initial statement about wanting to see me, especially when it's followed by a casual 'whatever.'
    I know she struggles to find the right balance, as she is also on the path to self-improvement. The point I'm trying to make is that finding the equilibrium between being confident and self-sufficient versus not appearing genuinely interested can be challenging. Perhaps it's better to think in terms of 'I like you/I want you, but I don't need you (or anyone else for that matter) to survive/be happy.

    • @Dreamwithjoy
      @Dreamwithjoy  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      That’s exactly what I meant, it’s the energy of I want you but you are not a prerequisite for me to thrive and be happy in my life because I can be all those things on my own. Your friend isn’t coming from that energy because she seems to be coming from a place of fear and insecurity of rejection and so she plays it cool and indifferent
