The Philly accent is constantly evolving! My brother and I who are two years apart, say word similarly. However, my sister who is six years older than me pronounces certain words differently. I’m listening to you guys and when you’re talking about Angelo Cataldi, you’re saying it like as if you’re saying, Cat-Al-di. I pronounce it as Cat-all-di. Interesting. I was born and raised in Philly and yet I never heard of people using the word Jawn. People tell me that people say it all the time. 🤷♀️
