thanks great demonstration and explanation, I've been playing this game incorrectly with my grandkids for quite a while. Now we will be able to play properly. BTW the grandkids lost the instructions, so we were just making it up. Ha ha.
i know you haven’t made a video about codenames disney edition in a while, but could you possibly make a video on how to play that game with 2 people? love your videos btw😁
Thanks for your comment - Codenames Disney edition 2 player is the same as normal code names with two players - here is the video I made for that: th-cam.com/video/1wZ73X1vi7U/w-d-xo.html
It seems that there isn't any fixed rule about this. But if you want the game a bit more challenging, you can say, the wild/ joker can't be used at first time lay-down. And we also play with the rule that if in a run which contains a joker and more than 3 tiles, it can't be split until the joker is replaced. Another challenging rule is, there is no manipulation at the first round - for example, first and second player have already laid 30+ points but the third player hasn't; the first and the second player can't manipulate the tiles on the table until the third player lays their 30+ points... ^_^

Nice videos! Keep it up
Thank you so much!
Well done
On your first turn of 30 or more, you can not play on an other person’s play. It’ll have to be on your next turn.
If i use the joker with two other tiles, do i have to declare the color of the tile held by the joker?

Some tutorials say just 1 set that adds up to 30 is needed at the start, while others say multiple sets that add up to 30 is ok.
Great
You can’t just take the joker off the end of a run. The rules clearly state that you have to replace the joker with the tile it represents.
Can more than 4 players play?
Can you use a wild in your 1st play ?….Like 13,12,wild

Yes you can
Don’t you do climbing videos too? Or do you just have a doppelgänger 😂
Can you play online
Didn’t help me, you explain rules, settings and strategies, etc., but didn’t show the tiles. Remember you are explaining the game to beginners like me
