Yuanfan Yang's incredible improvisation on opening theme of Rachmaninoff's 3rd piano concerto

Came across this while watching Sydney open: • Semi Finals Round 1 | ... (1:23:15 in original)
Style of Bach: 0:42 (classic baroque counterpoint. subject answer etc.)
Style of Prokofiev: 2:31 (ngl this has a lot of Lisztian elements as well, but the middle lyrical part is so prokofiev)
