  • This video explains that Vedic Dhyan is the ancient method of meditation from the Himalayan tradition that integrates the practice as a combination of breath and mantra - breath and sound. This helps to ground your awareness and strengthen the flow of awareness back to its Source. So in the practice of meditation, it is very important to have systematic guidance that prepares your body and mind, so that you learn to understand your inner. This is what helps you dissolve the tendencies which drag you down and not let you be consistent.
