Hi Professor Yu, I want to let you know that I watched only all your lecture videos and did practice test for the science part and they were really informative and helpful. So, I end up getting 87 in science in Teas 7 test. And I have been accepted into State University for fall 2023. Thank you so much for your effort for making the videos!
Woohoo, congratulations on both getting a great science score and getting into State university! Thank you for coming back and letting me know how you did and that my videos/practice tests were helpful to you. Much appreciated! Thank you for your kindness an I hope you will enjoy the nursing school (it will be hard work but it's all worth it in the end, LOL)!
Wow, that's awesome! Congratulations and excellent job!! Thank you for taking the time to let me know - it's very much appreciated! Time to treat yourself with something nice, haha, for all the hard work you put in😄
@@mariammustafa3476 Many students are kind enough to come back just to let me know how they did. But they may never come back again to check the message since they are done with the test and they are busy with nursing school applications or classes. So you may not get a response... You asked very good questions. Just keep in mind that another student would likely be in a different situation than you (whether they've taken college bio and AP classes, whether they've attempted TEAS before, how much time they set aside to study each day/week, etc.). If you don't hear from this student, you may want to find some practice tests and do a mock test and see where you are at. If you are below 50 for science (count the questions you guessed as wrong even if you guessed right), you would need probably at least 3-4 months to study. I would get a couple more supplemental materials to study alongside this channel. If you've never taken AP before, you would need to get a textbook (can get it free online or from a library). I have a few study materials with links in the description below the video. There are many others but I like mine the best, lol. Hope this helps a little. :-)
You are very welcome! I do have plans to add more TEAS 6 vs 7 videos but I am not able to do that now and probably for a while. That said, there should be a full set of videos for TEAS 6 Science which are relevant for TEAS 7 since most topics are the same. I can still answer questions if you have any about the content. 🙂
Just added a video about the cell which I recorded before. If you are looking for A&P specifically, I have all the A&P videos posted - both for TEAS 6 and for TEAS 7 🙂 Let me know if this answered your question and if you have any follow up questions. Happy studying!
No worries! If you look at the Description section below the video, links to other videos are provided and there are two links for Immune System Part 2 and Part 3. Let me know if you have trouble opening the link. Thank you! I'm glad you find them helpful! 😊
@@professoryu5571 I will! You’re very good at explaining. A lot of basic things I didn’t understand in high school bc I had a horrible teacher and you just make it more clear and I love it!
Oh really? I'm surprised that they haven't corrected it... I'm glad I included it in my video, lol. Thank you for taking the time to let me know. Very helpful 🙂
Good question. There are two ways. First, you can use the list of lessons in the video description. But I think I only provided the science video links in the description... If you need other categories, I'd suggest going to the channel page by click on my channel name and then each playlist. I believe I have 4 playlists: TEAS 6 vs &, TEAS Science, TEAS Science_higher volume (higher volume than the original TEAS Science vidoes), and TEAS Reading. Each playlist should be more or less in the order of lessons. Let me know if this doesn't work and I can figure something else out. 😊
Great. That's helpful. Here is what I said: Fever causes the liver and spleen to sequester iron and zinc. Iron and zinc are nutrients that bacteria use for growth. Therefore, if these nutrients are not available or less abundant to bacteria, their growth will slow down. Hope this helps.
Yes, going through TEAS is like being in hell...especially the imune system in A&P. The immune system is probably the hardnest or just as hard as the nervous system.

Did you only use this channel for A & P or did you use any other resources? Please let me know I need help. And also how long did you study for A&P?

are your reviwes teas 7 the ones that are 10 months or newer? and the 6vs7 are they comparsion or only 7?
Yes, they are less than 10 months old. They are comparisons between 6 and 7.

You said fever cause the liver and something to sequester something something something? Sorry, it was hard for me to understand.
Oh, sorry about that. Can you let me know the time where that part was? This would help me locate it and answer your question quickly :-)
@@professoryu5571 @21:00 You were describing what a pyrogen is and its physiology.
