Have you ever tried to learn Polish? 🤣🤣🤣. For African people it is torture. It is one of the most difficult languages in the world. Although in Poland we have a different approach than, for example, the French. In France, if you don't speak French you are looked down upon and treated worse. And in Poland, if you learn basic phrases, everyone applauds you and is happy that someone wanted to learn at least a few words in Polish.

I quit it cos it was too exhausting and I had no energy to do anything after working day. But most of the ppl that started with me stayed there for good. At that time all emplyees were polish.
@@drautabecca might be. A lot of ppl from Ukraine work in such factories in Poland now (probably). Polish employees go to western Europe to do the same for Pounds and Euro instead of PLN and the gap is being filled by foreigners (some part time, I guess like you at that time and some full time). That's what I hear. Generally I think the workload in all those industry low paid jobs did not change much over years.

I'm Polish and I worked in a factory for nearly 3 years and maaan, it was horrible. And amound of hate and mental/verbal abuse I experienced there.. the bullied me because I was too slow (on my first day there..). They bullied me because I was too pale. They bullied me because I was not into small talk about xes. My forewoman many times made the line go faster just to punish us and scream at us that we can't make it. Many times she brought her family problems to work and let all her frustration on us. Managers? Pretended nothing was happening. I stayed there, because I grew up and lived in small city and that was one if the best paid jobs I could get in that area. After nearly 3 years I ran to UK. Still here and I don't wanna go back (scared that I will have to go back to factory).
If you are Polish you can work with me in zory instanta coffee factory. Very good job 26.70 zl salary per hours, 8 hours duty and Summer vacations leave with pay and all Local public holiday pay.

15 minute breaks are illegal, Polish working law mandates 30 minute break for every 8 hour job, you should report this company to PIP, they love this sort of stuff.

Depends on the program that you are doing, for Nursing it’s 3000 Euro per year. Rent for a room these days costs 1000 zloty (Polish currency) per month. For a factory job you get paid minimum wage 18 or 19 zloty per hour (if above 26) so per month it’s around 3500 zloty to 4k . You can use google conversion rate and do your math (zloty to Euro )
The problem is sponsors who take people from Africa, take them to school to Poland and then neglect them and stop paying bills, tuition etc . At least you had an option because you we’re just working to buy gadgets. I know students who are working to pay tuition, bills, rent and 90% of them report back pain or end up in a wheelchair. Or multiple tourist visa for 6 months . after arriving in canada apply for asylum seeker. person who has left their country and is seeking protection from persecution and serious human rights violations in another country. P&G, Hutchinson, BSH or other concerns... in a case like yours will be better to apply directly to the conern not by the work agency... it will be not easy specialy when you do not speak polish language... but there are possibilities to find work where Polish language is not needed... so you have to search... wszystko zależy od twojej determinacji... Mobbing is just a common thing in polish factories, bad working conditions- also. Nobody cares about these people. I have graduated Food Chemistry Technology at university and I have been working as a regurar factory worker in food industry for 10 years,no promotion, quite good payment, but very bad working conditions- (pasta factory) especially dust, loud noises, night shifts, lifting havy weights, etc. also from time to time you are called:"stupid, lazy, etc."even if you are trying your best. This is just slavery, which you can't get out.

And... it probably also depends on supervisors. If they cannot complete english speaking supervisor staff, they will hire polish people anyway.
