I have no idea why the WSBG logo is so massive during the ad read, but it made me laugh so I kept it. Make sure to check out the WSBG and use code BrothersMurph for $25 off: wsbgvegas.com/?ref=A0024109
I appreciate that the mid vid ads aren't JUST ads - they're comedy first, ads second, all with that signature murph flair. I'm also 97% certain that the giant WSBG logo was a glitch since they were no 4th-wall-breaking comments about why it was comically large (see aforementioned Murph-brand comedy).
I backed Fromage on kickstarter, but I need Cafebaras, The Creepshow Card Game (they only have 90, but thankfully, I know a guy), Video Game Champion, and Rock Hard 1977. However, Evan also might have me grab Sausage Sizzle on the name alone. Make sure you grab Vegetable Stock. Such a fun, quick, card game!
@@TheBrothersMurph I think it’s nice to have close up shots when one person is talking for a longer period of time. But it may have been too often? Thanks for responding and considering!
@@Luclidityit’s way too often. Like maybe they have a new editor? Someone a little too eager? They aren’t even looking at the camera, they’re looking at the other camera so it’s just odd.
It was so great getting to spend time with the two of you at Gen Con. There might be other people as nice and funny at you, but certainly no one funnier or nicer. I love you guys!
The fact that I have such different taste in games than you guys (I really don't like euro games, for example), but I still watch all your content, show just how nice people you guys are haha
Funny enough, everybody talking about GenCon never mentioned where it was. I just found out it’s in Indianapolis despite living an hour outside of Indy.
Last year was my first year attending. I was in the same boat and only live 2 hours away 😆 I must have said "I can't believe it's there" like 2000 times when I found out...
I went to a convention yesterday and got Wyrmspan, Next Station: London, Cabanga, and two MINNYS games (Fency Sheep and Honey Moon). Perfectly within my budget of "one big game and as many little ones as I want" ;) Of course not counting that I also bought Obsession this week...
So I think you're confusing when I told you about Infiltraitors and when I told you about Stich Fur Stich but you're not far off! In Inflitraitors all players are giving each other clues to work together to figure out what is in everyone's hands (so you can deduce what ISN'T in anyone's hand and is therefore the suspect) In Stich Fur Stich you have the person who knows the answers and tells you who wins the trick and everyone is competing to figure out the answer first. Similar in a lot of ways, both very fun and both games I want to play with you two!
Infiltraitors is incredible! I bought the Broadway Toys version at Essen last year, and fell in love with it. My gaming group just can't get enough of it 😁 It's really awesome to see more and more games from Asia being brought to the West! And yes, it's cooperative deduction, with missions (like how there are missions in The Crew). Everyone can see their own card (suspect), and must give clues to the other players to get them to figure out the suit and number of your suspect. It isn't trick taking though, but it creates good conversations as people are trying to figure out your card.
Gloomhaven B&B is definitely something you should try. I was so surprised a few months ago when this actually felt like a genuine Gloomhaven but faster and so well designed for a single player experience! And I don't usually like solo games XD OMG I did not know there is going to be another "The Search of" series! I kind of missed species and was waiting for a good time to get it but now I'm skipping that and going for aliens!! Awesome video :D
Thanks for the love, guys! There's also a Jackie Fox promo card (character card, standee, etc.) that'll be available at Gen Con while supplies last. Needless to say, I gave myself a pretty sweet ability!
@@patrickleder8415 Hi, Patrick! Looking forward to seeing you at Gen Con and I promise no sneak hug attack this time! I'll save those for the Bros. Murph.
Dang it Mike! I was not interested in Fromage till your excitement and description of the different workers and their time to come back to a player… argh. Katie and I are going to GenCon this year after hanging back due to COVID and moving. Shoot… add that to our list too, lol ❤
Pampero is a really good game that is a medium-heavy game, but each turn is simple. Play one card and follow the action on it. It also looks great on the table thanks to Ian O'Toole.
So! Phil has to miss my wedding because he has to go to Gen Con to promo Cities :( So please say hi to him for Armen and Joanna ;-) (Pack of Heroes mules to Dice Tower West 2023)
I love how excited y’all are because I am just as excited!! Your excitement has gotten me excited for games that I was not originally excited for 😂 ❤️🤗

Won’t be at GenCon but I’m excited about the anniversary edition of Ghost Fighting Treasure Hunters for my kids. It’s always on every family list and I’m excited it will be back in print!
Idk if it’s just me but I’m literally only going for mtg Lorcana and art vendors the board games don’t interest me at all but I found myself still watching the whole video, thanks fellas
I don't know or remember if you've played World Wonders, but I'd love to see it! Hope to meet you at GenCon, although I live in Sacramento. Welcome to the area! :)
The set looks banging, though I’m not used to seeing that you guys have legs… totally agree on Foundations of Metropolis. Foundations of Rome has priced a lot of people out, I think.
Infiltraitors is a lot of fun. Simple deduction but the missions make it interesting. We've been enjoying it. Not sure which games I'll be coming home with. Looking for Ito and the new WotR Card game expansion. Are you all working the Con or are you getting to explore the whole time?
@@grrfufulyus4768 I was going to take a flyer and get it on Prime Day (haven't had a chance to try it yet) but it sold out pretty quickly. I would totally play this with Mikey and Nick!

Mah dudes….the erratic camera switching back and forth is massively extra. It’s making me motion sick. Like the editor was hopped up on Red Bull. One static cam with both of you in the frame is fine.
We’re still working out the editing for these since they’re new. We personally like the 3 cameras and are going to keep them. but we’ll probably slow down the switching between them as much

I'm watching this while editing the How to Play for Harvest right now!!
I always enjoy your board game list and your collective enthusiasm for board games.

Is it just me that I prefer the wide angle shot being more than switching around from person to person so often?
I'm sure there are others that prefer that as most board game videos keep to just the one wide shot
