I'm gonna say it: not only is Blight more powerful than Willy, but he is also more dangerous. Not only can he essentially fill a cancer ward with bodies just by having a conversation with a few people, but he can survive near-absolute zero temperatures, something that absolutely edges out anything that Willy has ever survived. Granted, Willy is more a threat at long range given that he performed some really precise telekinetic feats from dozens of miles away, but Willy's immaturity and predictability makes him an easier threat to deal with, and a simple containment helmet and restraints makes him just a buff trauma case with no powers. Blight is more powerful due to his unstable temper feeding the range and scale of his powers, which inflict more damage due to the nature of the energy he projects. Willy's telekinesis is just that: brute force. But Blight's radioactive blasts can damage a great deal of machinery just by being near it, and in a city that is Coruscantian in scale - because you know you compared it to the city planet from Star Wars - the kind of mass malfunctioning of machinery could kill potentially millions of people if he did so much as walk through a powerplant.

Yes, but I’d say that both Willie and blight are more powerful then inque. I mean nether one of them have exploitable weaknesses and more capablitys with there powers. If blight fought Inque he would win 10 out of ten times. I’d say he would win 8 out of ten times with Willie because Blight would win in Most scenarios but Willie could push him away with his telekinesis. But The best Inque could do is escape she won’t even be able to hit him or she would get burned, Willie could at least use ranged attacks. I know Bight would beat Willie but I think out of Batman beyonds rogue’s Gallery he would have the best shot at it, but you could make Argument for repell because the rays form blight might bounce off him.

Inque is one of the few people that regularly bodied Terry nearly killing him everytime they fought. Terry never defeated her himself, he was always saved by someone else. She should be higher
I used to think that then I rewatched the series and. Tarry and Inque are actually pretty evenly matched. Inque won the first encounter, and he needed Bruce Wayne’s help. The second episode Tarry was dominating Inque until Arryn used the machine to sucker punch Tarry when he had his back turned. The third episode Inques daughter supposedly” helped Inque while Tarry got the better of her. All and all Inque is tough to deal with but not unbeatable. Even Inque gets lucky sometimes fighting Tarry it works both ways.
I think my boy Shriek deserves a mention, his soundwaves can rip apart buildings easily, he can play tricks on your mind, take away your hearing pretty much. He could probably be a decent match for Inque or the trio Wily would probably not even know where he was before he could destroy his ear drums

I enjoyed how beyond mixed old and new villains that even new batman asked Bruce sometimes about the villains as some old rougues come back to fight. The new enemies were cool and I wish we could have seen them in other shows as while not the most powerful some were very unique
One of the best things I love about Batman beyond is his originality, it's in the same universe as Batman and Superman the animated series it pays its respect to the series but never going completely off course, it shows respect and it never boring and always keeps you in touch I think the one thing that messes up the series is that after season 1 the executives decide to go in the digger direction and make it more for his teenagers cuz around the same time the show came out TJ's superhero shows like Buffy the vampire said we're becoming very popular this both I think this both hurt and help the series because they were focusing on more the teenage stuff then again are protagonist is a teenager who's playing Batman that's the way it was just wish they got more episodes.
It would have been awesome had Willie been an ally to Batman instead of a villain. He could have helped Batman a lot especially since it seems with his powers he knows exactly who is in the room without being there. He knew when Blade was in the girls locker room. He knew where Batman and Nelson was so he could attack them. So essentially, if Batman had to sneak in somewhere, Willie would know where any possible dangers to let him know beforehand. Granted, it would have taken the intensity out and made it easier but with proper writing they could have toned down how powerful he was and how he could use his powers. Had he been reformed or had a good family life, he could have been a very powerful ally to Batman just like Batman had his own group of allies including Superman.

Of course, this all depends on whether or not Willy could contain Blight's radiation and how unstable Blight's body is. If he had his containment suit, then he probably wouldn't reach critical mass. Still, if Willy used his telekinesis to stab Blight with a lot of fuel rods, kind of like when Green Arrow shot a fuel rod into that radioactive super weapon from the first episode of Justice League: Unlimited, or anything else that could contain radiation, then he could probably kill Blight.

Considering Batman beyond is a little more kid friendly the only things I've seen him kill are things that are non-human I don't know if we should count Mr freeze since that one was technically a clone with their conscience
Willie Watts is more powerful than Blight, but Blight is more lethal than Willie, since Willie is only shown manipulating large objects, indicating a lack of precision control with his powers. Otherwise, he'd have just messed with the lining of his ex-bullies' hearts and basically ruined their lives by making it impossible for them to play whatever future sports they're obviously going pro in. Either that, or repeatedly causing injuries so that they're basically crippled before they even graduate.
I had a very interesting idea for a crossover evolving Batman and the cult classic horror movie creature of vengeance pumpkinhead. The only question is who would be the perfect summer for pumpkinhead? The joker or Ra’s al Ghul? And why? Willie Watts is more powerful than Blight, but Blight is more lethal than Willie, since Willie is only shown manipulating large objects, indicating a lack of precision control with his powers. Otherwise, he'd have just messed with the lining of his ex-bullies' hearts and basically ruined their lives by making it impossible for them to play whatever future sports they're obviously going pro in. Either that, or repeatedly causing injuries so that they're basically crippled before they even graduate.
