When it comes to finding CC, all you need to do is put that sim in to a household, shift click and press “locate outfit cc” with better exceptions and you’ll be able to find it :) this is how i find any cc I forgot a mesh for

Sometimes it's the cc quality itself that is pixelated. You can always check your graphics settings in the game and make sure sims detail is ultra or the highest

You dont have to save your sim to the gallery, just your library. You just need the tray files in order for the program to find the sim.
