I lived in my brand new home in Montana for 10 years and never had a nail pop. I didn’t know what that was until I moved to Ohio. My Montana home was built on clay type soil just like they say my current home is built on and now have about 2 dozen nail pops. Not sure why I hear so often that nail pops are inevitable in a new build. It is not necessarily “normal”.
Hi do you know the brand and color of the paint that the construction company used on walls? It’s a cheap, chalky texture. I just need to do a touch up before I move out but I don’t know what to match with
Thanks! I’m grateful for you all sharing.
That’s great! Our builder didn’t do a one year walk through. We’re blessed that we hadn’t had any nail issues. It’s been 3 years this month.

I scheduled mine about a month out. Unfortunately, that is just a one time service 😢
Yes oo
You all must own stock in Ryan Homes....or you work for them or something....you're scared to talk.
