Do you think it's possible to just change the trimmer without taking the head off? The blades in my trimmer are no longer sharp enough to cut but the razor head is fine.
Very interesting and great video you have there. Do you really think there is no easy way of tightening the head so that it doesn't flop around quite so much? Also, my trimmer isn't broken, it just doesn't cut. I suspect that cleaning our all the caught hairs stuffed around the blades might cure that?
It sounds like your head may be worn out if it’s flopping around loosely. It might be time to replace it like I did. And if it’s not cutting, it’s very possible. The blades need to be changed. The cutting head should be replaced about every 18 months, but I stretch it to about every two years and it has served me well.
