Damn I love situations like this. I've had a guy accuse me of very similar shit. Allegedly attacking him, putting my hands on him, being aggressive and assaulting him. I let him explain his whole fake story to the police before I told them and him that my buddy about 50 feet away had filmed the entire thing and I had a damn go-pro on my chest recording every second of it, where the guy put his hands on me, grabbed my throat, tried to push me down some stairs, then I told him to get a job if retirement is really so boring that he has to assault people. So he punched me and I punched him back right in the eye. He called the police saying that I was damaging property and I had assaulted him. I got cuffed initially, then I told the police that two of us had the whole thing on film on 2 cameras. Showed the clips to the police, and the guy that lied about what we were doing left in a police car for assaulting me once I showed them the video of him trying to choke me got officially taken away for filing a false report as well as assault for trying to choke me. I rode away on my bike laughing. He got charged with assault for hitting me, since he wasn't security or even worked where we were riding. I know where the moron works and his name, and got to testify in his case. He's on probation now :) Some people are so stupid that it amazes me. Especially some older people. You'd think wisdom would make them more intelligent. Not this moron.

pro_tip when you lose a sidewall like that you can use duck tape or a piece of cardboard between the tube and tire, it'll hold at about 50psi and you can ride it home at least.
