Try lifting up ur back wheel really hard with ur handlebars
TheReborne Make sure you turn your head around and look behind you. Cliche but makes it 10x easier. I learned to 180 flat before off of something but my bike kept breaking so i ended up quitting bmx and bought a fourwheeler
