No problem Duane! Winterizing already? Fish are still biting😅 I'll bring the camera out when I do the Carburetor and water impeller when I get a chance. Thanks for stopping by!
hey man thank you for the videos! just curious if you ever had to replace the stop switch in the tiller on your little murcury, i have the exact same engine and i can not figure out how to get to that red button to get it replaced.
Hi @belajarus ! Unfortunately, and fortunately, no, I've never had a reason to fix it. If I ever have to, I'll make sure to make a video. I'm curious to know what's the issue is?
@@bbtvfishingismyhappyplace i think the button got fried, the engine wouldnt start after a shut down via the tiller stop switch, so i disconnected it from the wire harness and it started right up. Of course there is the secondary kill switch but i would like to get the tiller button replaced so its functional. I tried to take the tiller apart to get to it, but no luck, and there isnt much on the internet about this.
Nice job on the video just got a 2016 8 horse 4 stroke
Awesome! It's a great outboard, I recently replaced my whole carburetor and hoping for more good years to come 😊. Thanks for the feedback, tightlines!
Thanks for the video. And the oil change one. I'll be winterizing my 8HP this weekend.

Have u put a meter on it? Set it on ohms and test for continuity. I have an on/off switch on the motor by the primer bulb aswell. Do you have that?
