There is no doubt this is fast becoming the best farming utube channel in the uk. It is on a par with Larsons farming channel in America . All the best for harvest 2024
Hands down the best UK farming channel, what a great environment to work in, as a kiwi who has travelled the world harvesting, this is on my bucket list once my daughter has flown the coup. Thanks for your time and effort. Casual 126 hectare field!!!!
James you are a great ambassador, to the agricultural industry, you give time to talk to the men who work with you in your business,, your knowledge and expertise feedback to us on all aspects to your livelihood on a daily basis, your catering for the men, goes beyond expectations, hope you have a great harvest, looking forward to the videos, keep up the great work ethic for all your team and always be happy and enjoy your day, with banter and laughter, you would make a great MINISTER FOR AGRICULTURE, Michael power county Waterford IRELAND [EIRE]
Another excellent video and indeed you can feel the buzz of harvest approaching. How on earth you find the time to film these videos I can’t imagine but we’re very grateful that you do James. Hoping for good weather for the coming months. Keep the videos coming. My late farther managed an estate in Hampshire and would have enjoyed the attention to detail and professional management at PX Farms. Andrew (agridronesuk)
James I've been farming over forty years to see the enthusiasm of all your staff is a joy to see 😅 Where r the British students they should be knocking your door to work on a setup like yours hope you have a great harvest 😊
Part of the answer is that if u18 years old, it’s nearly impossible for a large set up with land spread out to take them on due to health and safety laws etc. My 16 year has had a right job trying to find work to run alongside his college placement. After lots of no’s, we eventually found a farmer who was prepared to help, but it does come with a time pressure on his side due to laws. So most may get knocked back and head off to another industry. Our system doesn’t encourage youth into farming in my opinion.
Excellent channel, really good to see and hear the enthusiasm with the team. A leader who is a part of the team and drives the best behaviours in Safety, business ethics, environment and most importantly fun at work. Nice to see our local representative from WA, go the Aussie’s 🇦🇺
James!! Just found your channel. 10 Years ago I did the weigh bridge for the straw at the airfield, great to see you've grown ( in Hectares no in waistline! ) , excellent videos. Loved my summer at PX
Just came across your videos and I am very impressed with the way the enterprise is run and the inside to the farmming business One thing you mentioned was the nufol 20/N20 maybe you have expected what this is used for as some viewers might not know PS i do because I made it Keep up the good work of educating the the public
What really enjoyable video the most professional outfit I've ever watched this is how a business should be run keep the videos coming they are so interesting and informative and a great presenter lol good luck on the diet boss mam 👍
Cracking video guys…… really feeling yer harvest fever coming on 😁 looking forward to seeing when yer headers hit the 1st crop 😍 And mint+mustard factory tour was cool!! Also yer vibe seems great there too
It’s a great time getting ready for harvest going through my new to me lexion 570 Montana. But still sheep to clip before harvest 😔 looking forward to you guys starting cutting. Keep up the great videos.
Hello, new subscriber originally from UK-Scotland watching from New Zealand. You come across as a great guy great boss great farmer. Your farm is outstanding how many acres do you have? Your daughter driving great to see wish you and your family great year yield. William.
A very tidy and well managed farm business. Have you considered or do you use NIR sensors on the combined for full field mapping and field neutrients data?
That’s funny I was at a ahdb talk a couple of weeks ago and Haygates were there talking about the markets and they were telling us about the wheat they import from Germany and Canada
This is great stuff. The farm, the channel. Looking forward to more. Unfortunately the barrier to entry is too high now for owner operated farms in the UK, so I'm leaving for a chance in Eastern Europe. I work all over Cambs maintaining PRoW and farms like this are inspiring (with the exception of Agreserve 😅).
awesome.... I'm curious to know who the fella in the suit was by the pick up when you were discussing the tranny engine.... was he the national "wet belt" Investigator?? 👍
Absolutely brilliant videos James with lots off information, just one question who’s the cardboard cutout of the gentleman in the suit I saw appearing in this video? 😂😂
Great channel James, being a shooter who fixes farm kit locally I am enjoying the content. You show how you grow the stuff but not seen how you deal with what eats it! Pigeons in your rape Deer making big holes in the green wheat.
Definitely looking forward to seeing how your harvest goes, I am more and more impressed with your farm with each episode:) Also, are you guys sure that that new apprentice was 15 years old? lol, that wasn’t a boy, he looked to be well over 6 foot tall😂
The Vauxhall Vivaro's Are Bullet Proof the 1.9cdti are the best but far too old and sluggish now so the 2.0 cdti are next best they suffer from the injectors seizing/welding themselves the head but if you get low millage one and copper ease them and glowplugs want regularly changing every 50/60k other than that they are the best vans going in my personal opinion just like driving a big car them fords have a solid rear axle they give a poor ride quality stay away from anything euro 6 2016 on the more add blue and crap they pump though engines today them higher the chance something will fail
@@colinwaters2725 just asking because I had to ban a family from coming on to my land, to look for animal what not there and they are very nasty people as well. Your video is wonderful and very informative. I love watching your video. But you can't get organic views or subscribers. I have some suggestions for you

Great insights once again. 👌

Very interesting video and looks like a well organised company and a great watch 👍👍
Great video again
What’s with the cardboard cut out suit guy? Noticed on the previous video too.
Super stuff as always! I live over in Attleborough and see your lorries about often. Do you sell merchandise at all? Love the gillets
Great video! 👍
this is so interesting what an operation
What make are those tool box you have for the combines please.
That’s funny I was at a ahdb talk a couple of weeks ago and Haygates were there talking about the markets and they were telling us about the wheat they import from Germany and Canada
Loving the channel let's see plenty of combine chaser bin action. Are you bigger than AWT.
I am a new subscriber i like this informative video

How many Unimog’s do you have? I saw one on the other side of the 🐈⬛ roundabout on the A421 the other day towing a little bowser.
great videos :)
Can you tell us why you had to fit a new engine in the transit when the belt wasn’t broke
cos they're shite.
They don't necessarily break. Most shred material which blocks the oil pick up.
🤔
awesome....
I'm curious to know who the fella in the suit was by the pick up when you were discussing the tranny engine....

The new T7 transporter…. Is part Ford 😮
The guy in the blue suit is following you about.
He’s our camera shy financial controller Happy Nick
What’s the deal with the card board cut out that appears around the farm?
Smart Chap in a Blue Suit 🤔
What happened to the transit engine?
Lost all compression rings and the pistons were warn out
@@PX_Farms hi. What CLAAS combines do you have. I know they are new 2024 models. Are they 9800 or 8800
The days of a Transit doing 250k are finished.
Same with Land-rover how to trash a bullet proof reputation. Me thinks deliberately....
Yep the 2ltr wet belt engine is just a grenade with the pin removed at PDI. 😒
13.38....... Do we mention the impending Rugby Tests ..........
Ça me rappelle un film religieux 😊🙏🫶🌾🌾🌾🧡
What’s with the cardboard cut out of the guy in a blue jacket?
👌👌
Fair enough your video
Wot a set up very impres

As a land owner, do you ever have to bar anyone on to your land, as you can do as a land owner for any reason even nasty people.
What sort of question is that. ???
