  • Hi Friends! Today I show you exactly what I eat and my macro count on every single thing. I’m calorie counting and I’m exciting to embark on this new part of life. I’m currently at 1500 calories and I’m hoping to lose 30 lbs by June and maintain it with these new healthy habits.

    Hello! I'm a new subscriber and love watching what I eat in a day videos. I'm always trying to fine a way to eat heathy . My husband and I love cocktails on the weekends as well. My go to is the Minute Maid zero calorie juice a zero point 7up and an ounce of Rum. I really enjoyed this video.

    64 calories casamigos or 94 of patron lol I would have added. Your right about not limiting your experiences because it's a lifestyle change. We can sustain longer when we just live normally with being accountable to ourselves. Great job. I'd love to connect on myfitness pal

    New sub 🎉 I just picked back up on my journey on Tuesday.. my “plan” is also counting calories (I use a food scale).
    1500 Max cals
    80-100g Protein
    90oz water minimum
    10,000 steps a day minimum
    This is day 6 for me, and as of this morning I’m 5 lbs down.
    5lbs lost in 5 days! The science works, calorie deficit 100%

    I’ve never tried cauliflower rice. I’m trying to count calories too and I know that rice is a better option than white! I’m gonna try it with your recommended seasonings

    How did you come with 1500 calories per day? That seems very low maintenance intake let alone with the inclusion of physical activity like exercise.

      I used calculator.net, but I have increased it to 1900 calories given the exercise ❤️
