As an older sister I can relate to Lisa , when we feel hurt over our younger siblings it hits different.
It does. I’m the oldest girl out of my sisters and they have a different dad than me but the way my heart set up is fu&fked up because I love all my sisters dearly but when things get heated i disappear cuz I don’t wanna be hurt and I don’t wanna hurt no feelings so I just keep it cute

I know for a fact that I would be hurt and upset that I have to hear about my sister’s personal information from watching social media or hearing it in the blogs. Being the younger sibling is not easy, especially when both of you are adults and you’re not kids anymore. I’m seeing this 2 years later and I’m legitimately in the same situation, we love our older siblings because coming up they truly are like a second parent and someone you look up to. But in adulthood all you need is a sibling and friend, there’s no need for scolding, cussing you out, overstepping boundaries and treating you like a kid. I felt Brat and her silence because that’s legit the exact same thing I’d do out of respect for my big sister. It sucks because you know your older sibling looked out for you, you think the world of them and want them to know you’re appreciative, but it’s not fair to tolerate certain behaviors out of love for them at your own expense…that’s where distance comes in, it’s not for lack of love but a need for peace

The younger sibling should not be afraid to live thier own life in fear of what family might say. SOME people's family (even though they love you) love comes across as controlling and judgmental depending on the dynamic.
That means u completely missed the point. Lisa supported Brat through ALL of her ups and MANY downs. So to be left in the dark when shit starts looking good for Brat is a no no. That's not entitlement. If anything that's lack of respect for ur family on Brats part. (They don't have to be true) but I doubt they are all lies. Lisaray should've called her sister back in March when we all saw the information. Iyana told Lisa her responses are so rehearsed and she has breakdowns with mother and daughter also, but made excuses for her father who disrespected her mother. I love seeing Brat deal in the manner of self control. I see that she has found joy and happiness with a positive sense of direction.
