The entrance right away into the livingroom doesn't give any privacy from other residence looking right in. A spacious entree hall apart from the livingroom wpuld do the trick. Annex a part from the hall, like for shoes, coats, etc
I am sorry to say but very less space given for the kitchen and dining space. Bar area is larger than the kitchen. Such huge bedroom seems to be wastage of the space.
Is this DLF Residencies (Bandra Reclamation) near Lilavati Hospital ???. If I am not mistaken, this is a Sample Flat..... I have been in bandra West Reclamation, for past 45 years..

People didn't understand that it is recorded in ultrawide video to make it seem more 'SPACIOUS'.
That’s why the distance between the bed and the camera was so huge. Nobody can see the tv from there
