Space Usagi seems to be the only storyline set in space that doesn’t resort to typical Sci-Fi tropes. I applaud Stan Sakai for trying to create a unique story within the genre while putting his own spin.
What if space usagi had ratchet and clank, Cleopatra in space, John carter, Avatar (franchise), Independence Day Film series, & valerian and the city of a thousand planets of his own?
Dude, I would have watched the sh*t outta that show! It looked like everything a seven year old me could have ever wanted from a Saturday morning cartoon series!
I really waiting for the upcoming Usagi Yojimbo series, and I really wish from the past that Space Usagi should have his own animated series. I'm very thankful you have review Space Usagi, and yet that I'm still reading Book 1 of Usagi Yojimbo. I would love to compare Samurai Jack and Usagi Yojimbo.
Hey Esh! As a huge Usagi fan, I just wanted to say I love all your Usagi content, have watched it all many times, also I think you should make a lot more Usagi content, seeing as it is usually some of your best stuff views wise :)
Hey, glad you like them. Don't worry, I have a fair few ideas for future Usagi videos, I just like to space them out to avoid it being the ONLY thing I do (and this year hasn been a bit hectici n when I get around to doing what). So there's certainly more coming eventually.
3:31 Different clan… same Mon as Lord Mifune’s bloodline… which was wiped out despite the original Usagi’s valiant efforts. That always bugged me as a kid, why do they have the same Mon as a totally different clan? Ah well, moving on. It’s still a damn good read 💙🐇🇯🇵🚀
Can you please review the new trade paperback from IDW “ Usagi Yojimbo: Bunraku and Other Stories” please. No one on TH-cam has reviewed it yet. Brilliant video!!
Thank you. I don't really review current releases the way many others do. I prefer a more focused video akin to this. I do subscribe to the comic on an issue by issue basis, though, and have been thoroughly enjoying IDW Usagi so far. Tatami, The Hero and Bunraku have all been great tales. Always good to see Sasuke again.
I need to hear from you soon because I have a friend who is moving and doesn’t have a computer and would really like to watch the danish version online. Let me know if you can or not
I find this a little funny that after watching this video I find out that Stan Sakai's show will air soon on Netflix. Even more that the new show Samurai Rabbit: The Usagi Chronicles sounds pretty much like Space Usagi
Lol a comment of an old vid but here it goes. Any idea if space usagi from playmates the same original usagi or the other one with the same name. Thanks again
I am not sure if I understand the question entirely. What I can tell you is that the Playmates action figure was released in 1991, while the first Space Usagi comic book was released in 1992. And from what I can tell, the 1991 Space Usagi Playmates Figure is made from the same mold as the 1989 Usagi figure, but with added details. The Playmates action figure also does not really have much in common with the way Usagi looks in the comics - neither the regular version or the "Space" version. I don't know wether Stan was already working on developing Space Usagi when the figure came out, if the figure inspired the comic, or however this worked.
Dear fiction addiction, I hope you are doing good. I have a question for you. Could you upload the Danish version of reptilicus with subtitles on TH-cam, be in full movie or parts?
They were farily easily accessible in my comic book stores. Go to a comic book store and see if you can ask them to urder any of the Usagi Yojimbo Saga volumes for you. They're pretty decently prized and you get a LOT of bang for your buck with the sheer amount of issues in each.
There isn't enough known yet to think much of anything. Gaumont has some cool shows under their belt (I am a big F is For Family fan), but I do not recall having seen an action show from them before, so that will be interesting at least. Of course, if it's still being worked on, it's likely further delayed by the state of the world at the moment. We can only wait.
@@FictionAddiction Hopefully,we'll get a teaser soon. Stan Sakai is working on the show so if there's one thing we know,it'll be faithful to the source material.
@Tarlo The Boar Well, I double checked, and Gaumont were involved one way or another with Redwall back in the day. I am unfamiliar with the books and do not know how faithful the show is, but that puts another point on their scoreboard for adapting heavy anthro-peridocal franchises.
@@FictionAddiction I used to Redwall back in the day. The series is pretty accurate even if it was toned down for kids tv. Usagi is probably going to be an adult series according to an annoymous source.
What's your favorite "...in Space!" spinoff?
Pigs In Space, obviously.
Ur mom
Dragon Ball Z
Warhammer..............
Jonah hex.

Just found out Netflix bought the rights to distribute the animated series
Usagi deserves his own animated show
Or a movie

Who here is still wishes the "Space Usagi" series was produced?

@@FictionAddiction awesome! I for one can’t wait to watch new Usagi videos:)
I mean usagi DID fight Martians from war of the worlds. I’m not even kidding that actually happened and ITS AWESOME.
Don't worry, we'll cover that eventually.

3:35- Like Draconis Combine of Battletech?
Great video Esh! Some top tier content here.
Had that space usagi figure as a kid and loved it.
The force is strong with this one but we will also have deaths before dishonor
I need to hear from you soon because I have a friend who is moving and doesn’t have a computer and would really like to watch the danish version online. Let me know if you can or not
That would be illegal. Sorry, really can't help you there.
@@FictionAddiction can you make a video on Samurai Rabbit Usagi Chronicles
Imagine if they did a cowboy special.
So a crossover with C.O.W. Boys Of Moo Mesa? :P
Rising Zan: Samurai Bunny-man
Can you make a review to Maximum Venom season 3 Marvel's Spider-Man?
