thanks for the clear-cut review here, super helpful! quick question on the remote capabilities: does this light require the $100 Nanlink WiFi to Transmitter to use the remote that you show @ 5:35? or is that remote included and works out of the box? thanks!
This FS series is great for permanent TH-cam studio set ups. It's a buzz kill to have to break down and set up my studio lights when I get an outside gig.
@@OwoyemiMichael Yeah they are great! If you want budget and don't need a lot of output (shooting in night time environments) then the T8-7X tubes are a good introduction to tube lights. But if you want power and strength then the X series is the go to. 15X is probably my most used as it's not too big, but also outputs a decent amount of light
Does it work well with the fresnel attachment? Usually, stripe pattern chips don’t work as well with hard light modifiers. Do you get weird coloring or unevenness on the spread?
If nanlite fs-300b vs zhiyun g200? Brightness, overall. Will you make a short video of this both comparison. For the price, because g200 has max of 300 watts but that's an option for max mode. When fs-300 is 300 watts by its full power.
I have been re-playing this Dude. Please I need your help... Am about to get this one but am a bit confused a little bit. regarding the light brightness .. is the Feroza 300 B light brightness output equal to the Fs 300Bi similar please help because it cost double the price of the FS 300 BI... thanks for having time to share these experiences
Hi thanks for this :) Just sub'ed and trying to get to 1000 subs for my kids... only have 10 so far :) planning to order this .. is it quiet? read some comments for not bi-color version having a loud fan. thanks
I'm loving your work! Super knowledgeable and very helpful. Keep it coming!!
Thanks mate!
The sales page talks about having a green magenta shift option as well as the bicolor. Do you have any details on that?
Can confirm that these don't have a tint adjustment. Maybe it's a newer model?

Hey! Thanks. This one works straight out of the box :)
super-helpful, thanks! very glad to hear this 👌@@AndrewMurphyFilms

You know it! Spend that money else where if you are always permanently setup.
Tks for sharing, Andrew
Anytime!
Great addition to those on a budget wanting a great bi-colour light with punch 🥊
Totally agree!
Lovely video.... I'll probably get this soon when it's out.
I presently have the FS-300 and FS-150 and I can tell they pack lots of power.
Thankyou! The FS range is super underrated in my books
@@AndrewMurphyFilms They are.
I like the direction Nanlite took on the FS range.
What tube light will you recommend from Nanlite?

@@AndrewMurphyFilms Thank you so much.
Nice. May need to snag one of these! That price is just too tempting.
It really is! So much output aswell!
great video, very useful info.
Glad you enjoyed it!

does it take a second to turn on when you flip the switch ?
Yes
@@AndrewMurphyFilms thank you
What and where did you get your belt production bag?
It's made by Nanlux but you can't buy it
In which WB does it have more light power? 5600? Usually bicolor lights have the highest power between 4000 to 4700.
Hi Andrew. Nice review as allways. How would you compare the fan noise to the OG fs300? Better? Same?
Hey William, I don't actually own the OG FS300 sorry! Only the FS-150

FS300 and Forza 300B wil be similar. But the FS300B can only be used on DC power. Not battery option.
Brother, what is the difference between nanlite fs 300 bi (spotlight )or nanligt fs 300 bi (monolight?)
Exactly the same, just using different names for some reason
I just read specs in my shop. Range of Calvin is between 3200-6500. ???
No it's 2700 - 6500k
@@AndrewMurphyFilms maybe they wrong … thanks 🤜🤛
What soft boxes are good for the FS series for video shoots ? Thank you
The nanlite 120cm parabolic quick up softbox is my go to! So quick to setup and the light source is super soft.
@@AndrewMurphyFilms thank you! Will order one, was using the FS300 without one and light cone was too harsh
Yeah it's not a very big source straight off the chip.
Another great light from Nanlite! ❤️
Right! So awesome!
So it is a actually 350w? Not 300?
350W :)
Is this light have rgb
Not this is just bi-coloured
U saved me i was gon get the 300 bii loll omgg
Is that a sponsored video?
Nanlite sent me the light to check out, but didn't pay me to make the review.

Fan is the same as the FS-300 :) I don't think it's terribly loud at all as you can hear
Damn, just ordered a regular 300, didn't know this one existed :(
Oh no! See if you can change your order maybe!
get of the grog man. Sober up.
Have an awesome day my man!
