Jacob is a very likable guy, as is Jason. They both show signs of having had excellent parents guiding them when young. All three Wynns are good people and it appears Jason was/is a good brother. This is all part of the reason the Wynns have been able to gathered so many subscribers. Good episode guys!!!
We had the honor to meet Nikki and Jason in person this week in Denver and they are very real and amazing people. What you may not see on a video was the two of them taking time to talk with my kids about wanderlust, travel, how close the whales swam up to them etc. It’s a lesson for all about what’s possible in life!
Jason has the sweetest brother, and so deep. I'm envious of your family as my solipsistic siblings are estranged, which is I guess why I'm here watching.
I'm LOVING the new style of commenting on-screen! I think it brings all of us a new understading of the below-surface-stuff. Like Nikki beeing a sleepy-head. LOVE IT.
Is always good to have a family brother to visit the married couple specially when they are sailing for some time, thank you keep the family love tradition. Thank you for sharing, wish you good winds and sails.
The one thing you notice when your brother's around much more happy drinking going on rahu you have a nice brother for 25 years old he's a very mature seems like a good guy double thumbs up Vegas Bill piece
Awwwwww shucks guys!!!! Jase your little brother appreciates all you have done for him over the years. It's hard for guys to put that in words, he did well. You n Nikki are blessed! stay safe smart and above all stay relaxed, patient and enjoy life!
Jason, Nikki and Jacob, you went beyond eny expectation I built on your previous videos. This was genuine quality time with family. Really appreciate the extra effort to put it together and upload it. Always a fan.
What an awesome time with your little brother! Wow!!! Thank you so much for sharing your time with all of us. We all appreciate it. So real and I felt the true emotion of your time together. I am from a BIG family so I know what it's like to extend invitations and put yourself out there to enjoy time together. Jake, well done. You really showed how much you love your big brother and his wife and their true desire to see you (not as their mule) came through. Jason and Nikki thank you for doing such a great job of keeping your patrons in the loop. Rachel and Tim (sailing on Lake Michigan). Fair Winds!!!
I know this video had a lot less adventure and sailing in it, but I gotta say it ranks in the top 5 of my favorite GWTW videos. Glad you did the Q&A with Jacob.
Enjoyed meeting your brother Jason, he is very cool laid back and you all favors allot. I know you showed him coming out to visit and spending time with him. I can’t believe her is from Charleston South Carolina. I B love that area, my son and his family and I vacation there allot. We love it there, I would move there in a heart beat, but yeah we are like 6 hours away from Charleston in East Tennessee. But in love watching your channel enjoy them very much and yes I am still catching up on all the videos from the beginning learning more about you all and enjoy seeing the world with you and Nicki. I will probably never get to travel you so the places you been and seen. But through TH-cam and your amazing channel I can see all the wonderful places. Thank you for sharing your love with us, I love just setting down in the evening and watching several videos and seeing all the best out there.
The statement made at the 25:00 moment, that "if you know what you're going to be doing in 20 years...", guys..., if you know what your life will be like in JUST 2 years...., then you are better than most people. Life has a way of throwing odd situations into your path..., just be willing to work together to get thru those situations, and just keep a positive attitude. Keep loving the life you've been given! Thanks for all of the hard work sharing your lives with us! I wish that I had had the guts to do what you two are doing, but my path was in a different direction, and to quote Maxwell Smart..., "Lovvving every minute of it!" Peace from Pasco County, FL!
This is a great video, also it is a genuine pleasure to listen and watch three nice and intelligent people talking, just having a good time. Thank you .
AWESOME!!! I love following the two of you, not just for the adventures, but you do seem to be genuinely good folk. You get along with each other very well. Always look forward to your videos, thank you!!
Wow! Great video Jason and Nikki, for me it was great to hear from your brother Jacob, real insight into the sailing world of Jason and Nikki, true reflection. Not that we really needed to be told, I think we all as patrons can see what beautiful genuine people you are. What a great brother you are ,and have, it was grea6to hear Jacob's perspective. Keep up the good work. Hope you make it to New Zealand.
Jason & Nikki are correct. Along with them, I usually dedicate 1 hour of editing time for every minute of video the viewers watch. Viewers that doesn't edit doesn't realize the time needed to search for and place clips you want, add text boxes, cross divides, picking the right ( non-copyrighted ) music to the timeline and uploading time. Not sure how they do it, but, I usually watch my videos 2-3 times before posting looking for anything out of place. I appreciate the time needed to prepare an video that keeps the viewers wanting more. Keep up the fun my friends. You do a great job!
Watching Sunday mornings makes so much more sense than watching while waiting for late patients (who ended up no show-ed! So I got to watch the whole episode). Okay back to work! Lovely to see you guys every week. Always admire you and you are such an inspiration !
Omg jump to min 20:30!! Adorable 🐈 photo bomb! Right before he does something naughty. Also thought Jason was going to cuss for a second when the polarizer fell!
I am revisiting your episodes yet again during relative confinement due to prolonged convalescence from a vocation related illness and must say I love respect and admire you guys. You are such incredibly nice, likeable people and we are so fortunate that you welcome all comers on your adventures and seem able to tolerate if not forgive occasional eccentricities. Jacob's remark "if you know what you are going to be doing in twenty years then come talk to me" immediately reminded me of the reference made by Colin McRae at Parlay Revival when he quotes Mark Twain* who said; *"Twenty years from now you will regret the things you didn't do more than the things you did. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover."* And I realized that people who actively seek diverse experiences like RV-er's, blue water cruising sailors and wilderness hiking/kayaking campers cannot, be consistently confident regarding challenges life might confront them with and pleasures it might present them with, and is why people like us do it. I have spent a good part of my life exploring remote parts of my amazing, wonderful, fortunate home and ten years of that while working for a government agency which gave me access to places and remote indigenous communities few people are now allowed to visit. It has blessed me with some incredible experiences including just sitting in the desert in a four wheel drive vehicle in the shade of a scarce grove of Gum trees near an underground reservoir of water called a 'soak'. At that time I was just enjoying the absolute silence of a scorching summer day when it is too hot for even the birds to make a racket while being watched by a solitary wild dog or 'dingo' as I ate a meal from a can. A love of uncertain diversity is more than an essential component to an equation that is crucial to this because individuality also informs how, we choose to seek and embrace those experiences! I will retire at 67 in just over a year and, God willing, intend to begin that chapter in my life by circumnavigating Australia in a sailing yacht of some sort. Then maybe I will follow up with the Pacific, Canada and Alaska and possibly the Dominican Republic and Panama. Although you will probably have well and truly moved on by then so we are unlikely to meet you will always both occupy the place in my heart reserved for beloved friends!
'Beer & A" nice one Jason !!! You had autopilot Nikki, it was Jacob LOLGREAT Q&A episode guys, its always nice to hear someone else's perspective on living aboard Curiosity. Haha if Jacob doesn't want to crew for you on a long passage, I would definitely take his spot! Fair Wynns and Following Seas Curiosity!
Great video. Life in 20yrs may be totally different. Be happy you did this adventure while you are young. I just turned 50 and retired and feel I waited to long to retire. I will make the best of what my body will let me do.
Nice to meet Jacob and see you all having so much fun. Since Jacob brought you all your parts, I assume the next videos will be about repairs. I first found your channel when Jason shared his RV repair videos. It inspired me to be brave and to try repairs on my RV even though I was afraid I might make mistakes. Your videos have shown all of us that the life of full-time travel is a mix of work and play. Thanks for being so honest with all of us! I look forward to seeing more.
@@gonewiththewynns that's what I was thinking lol there was a time where "Jason is going to try and fix it" often involved it getting worse. He has come a very long way!!
My brother and I are 14 years apart. Besides managing the time gap between us, there is also the greater calling to be accepting of where each of us are in the "here and now". You and your brother do that with grace. Another video that peals back a layer to show us who you are. Thanks
While this was highly entertaining and informative, I can 100% verify one thing that Jacob mentioned towards the end of the video...Jason & Nikki are totally legit and some of the nicest & genuine people to inhabit this Earth. And I'll also say that Nikki is even prettier in person! If you have the chance to meet them in person, it'll be a #Wynn #Wynn fer sure!!!!!
A lovely insight into you all, thank you ! So good to see the fun side and interaction. Jason, you lucky bastard, said the portly gentleman to the front ! Face plant !

The whales were epic the message I get is that brothers and sisters can make the best of trying to make the company of being together, my uncle had sailed an entire year before he died with brain tumors, and my dad died of bowel cancer in 2017 and so at least you made the time to appreciate each other's life which was cool!

Another great video, especially including family members. I believe it is helpful to remember that you are actually a "reality show", so including tears and emotion makes it real. BTW, I think you skipped over one of the questions that I have always had. When are you going to do some bloopers and outtakes? Would really make it more interesting. May God continue to bless and keep you!

Jacob made some wonderful observations. I specially find how he brought up the point, that more or less Nikki and Jason have sacrificed personal relations, both family and friends, to live their nomadic life on the sea halfway around the world. But what an adventure it is, so glad they record it so well and post it online. Safe travels GoPro. ;-)
You are so fortunate to have each other. Always remember that. I enjoyed seeing some of your time with Jacob. I would love to see your entire family there, but maybe that would be too much, huh? At any rate, I love it when you have family out, as shown in other videos, especially Jason's Mom. She's so sweet. Anyway, we are seeing the world with the Wynn's. Thank you for that. Be safe out there...
I like this guy , he seems comfortable enough around you guys to say what he wants and its only honest, comfortable goodness. love you guys, keep up the good work. -I only hope to be on the water like you guys one day
I think including more of that "eighth grade humor" would be perfect. When I first starting watching I thought you were too Donny & Marie (but not, you know... siblings : ) ...Ya know what? Never mind; dont change anything, you guys are great!
Too bad, you're not adventurous..........I've never sailed but sailing around the world is the most fun, a chance of a lifetime to see beautiful things a lot of us takes for granted or don't even know. Nature was created for us to love and enjoy❤❤❤
Made me emotional when Jacob started tearing up. Love of siblings and loved ones is so important. Jason and Nicky should talk about their families, and backgrounds, I am curious as to how many siblings does Jason have with a 12 years age difference between him and Jacob. Love and best wishes from Pakistan.
I hope you, Wynns, will have the chance to sail to Palau......we are famous for rock islands tours, jelly fish lake, diving, giant clams, and much more❤❤❤
Jacob "the Parts Man " Wynn. Well done young man. Cudos to you for those 20 -30 minutes of heart-felt discussion. You came through with flying colours and it was a pleasure to listen to your thoughts. Good fortunes for you and your loved one. Super job by all three of you. Fair Wynns and following seas y'all. (See what I did there?) :-)

I like this guy , he seems comfortable enough around you guys to say what he wants and its only honest, comfortable goodness. love you guys, keep up the good work.
-I only hope to be on the water like you guys one day
What a ham! "I'm the steady hand in the family!"
I’ve never laughed this much in one of your episodes! 😂😂😂🌏💜
I think including more of that "eighth grade humor" would be perfect. When I first starting watching I thought you were too Donny & Marie (but not, you know... siblings : ) ...Ya know what? Never mind; dont change anything, you guys are great!
😆
Great Q&A with the brother!! Glad you got to spend sometime with your family!! 🖤
Too bad, you're not adventurous..........I've never sailed but sailing around the world is the most fun, a chance of a lifetime to see beautiful things a lot of us takes for granted or don't even know. Nature was created for us to love and enjoy❤❤❤
Lotta real family love there! Looking forward to meeting y'all . . . if not in this life then certainly in the next.
Jason & Jacob have one sister. You can read the backstory here if you're interested: www.gonewiththewynns.com/nomads-settlers-backstory

I hope you, Wynns, will have the chance to sail to Palau......we are famous for rock islands tours, jelly fish lake, diving, giant clams, and much more❤❤❤
I really don’t think most people appreciate how much time it takes to make the videos.. You guys are great keep it up
Sunday morning coffee and the Wynn’s is the best.
That was great ! Thanks for the family time . . . . ( which cat likes you better ? ) ha-ha !
😻
Another great video, thanks guys!
Great video, Jason, Nicki and Jacob!
Nice guys! Keep on keeping on 😁 👍👍 🤘 BIGGUN
Charleston is a great city. You'll need a dinner reservation and plans if youre hanging out past 7pm, but it's beautiful
Your video's always lift my spirits.
