My wife and I didn’t subscribe to AppleTV, but I kept hearing about Ted Lasso, so my wife begrudgingly agreed to subscribe and watch it. We just finished both seasons and I swear, I feel like I had to say goodby to my family until next year! This show is happiness. The characters are great, and the actors are amazing. The storylines go where you don’t expect them to but yet are very human in their reasoning if that makes sense. It’s like Ted Lasso’s “aw schucks we can do it” attitude spills all over everyone! Like you said, a special show for these times.
As a person who suffers from Depression and anxiety, but acts the silly giggly fool to make it through the day...........I absolutely adore this show. It means so much that somebody had the guts to show the light and dark side of life. Beautiful show, beautiful cast, wish them all nothing but success and happiness.

I was in a really dark place browsing Apple TV plus that came free with a new phone and stumbled upon what seemed like dumb show based on a moderately funny commercial from years prior. My expectations were low but I was bored and needed to fill the dark void with something, anything. All I can say is wow. This show is like therapy and legit improved my life tremendously over the last few years. I adore all these characters and the genuine love they seem to have for being apart of this show.

I love how Jason Sudeikis kept this friendship with Marcus Mumford and had him make the theme song for the show. so so freaking cool. Not to mention Jason's incredible writing of the show and that it's the best show ever made.
just finished season 2 and to be honest, this show is such a hidden gem among all sitcoms. The acting is phenomenal and all aspects of life no matter joyful or desperate are condensed beautifully, well done lads.

Every time I'm sad or bored or depressed, I often open Apple TV+ and watch an episode of Ted Lasso. Ted Lasso is basically everything I wanted from a comedy show. It's heartwarming, funny and beautiful in every way. Season 2 is fantastic, I cannot wait for season 3. Jason Sudeikis is such a genius 👍

I don't think enough people watched the last season. In my group, I'm the only one who realized it was back on TV. And unfortunately, in these competitions, the voters don't have to actually watch what they are voting for. That being said, I still would have cast a ballot for Ted Lasso.
I don’t even like soccer that much and I love this show. Very unique storyline. Much like Supernatural, the fans can’t get enough….and 3 seasons ain’t gonna be enough!
i love the crazy psichos and troubled characters as much as everyone, but there's something so refreshing about watching someone just being a good person and doing his best, and caring so much for others. I haaaaate soccer and I avoided this show for so long because of it, and in the end it's not about it at all, not even when someone says "coach, football is life!". It's just a beautiful show and I love it ❤️

I think that might be the problem honestly. It can’t win Comedy or Drama because it doesn’t solidly fit in those categories. Dramedies are great tv, hard sells at award shows
