How do you operate the cooling flaps Sheriff? Do you fly with them full open all the time or you have different settings for different situations(cruise/climb/combat)?
its a thermostat and not a direct radiator setting. IN warm weather like here I have it set to the hottest temperature (0%). In colder weather it makes sense to lower that temperature a bit. 30-50%.
Sheriff, at 0:25 in, you say "the visibility is so bad". Are you referring to the haziness? Or the contact-spotting in IL2_ BoX? Thanks for another good video.

I have several DCS modules but I'm only luke-warm to it now. 1C fixes contact spotting and I'm 100% in. Currently I'm 85% in, but that's way more than I got out of DCS. Different strokes, and all that.
I really gotta stop watching Sheriff's videos. Every time I do, I end up scared to death of going online. Even more so than usual. Sheriff and whoever he's flying with in this one... jeez what a pair of murderers.
Why do none of you guys taxi correctly? No one left their bird in the middle of the the ield, they taxied them closer to the hangars before shutting down...
