      +Jessica Prell I have a weird question.... Do you think it's normal to worry about literally everything? I worry myself about every little thing in my life. Even things that have never happened. It makes me literally sick! It makes me feel like I'm not normal..

      I think it's normal to "fixate" on things- especially if you have anxiety! I do it too! Usually when I'm stressed out about something, or life, I'll fixate on something random to worry about... like if a door is locked, or if I turned the curling iron off.... that's why it's important to get to the root of a stressor and find out what's REALLY bothering you. Because usually it's not something as simple as "Did I lock my door when I left?"
