Sir,meri age 34 hai. Mere ko san 2000me TB hui thi tab doctor ne muje 9mah davai di thi aur me thik ho gaya tha.lekin usi prakar ki samsaya ke sath 2015 me unhi doctor (allopathy) ke pas gaya tha to unhone x ray par dubara TB ki davai chalu kari.karib 18mah lene ke bad meri isthiti aur kharab hoti gayi aur mera weight 56 kg se 38kg par a gaya.uske bada mene aik dusre fefado ke doctor ko dikhaya to unhone x ray, hrct thorax sputum , CBNAAT karvaya jisme sputum , CBNAAT negative aya to unhone Tb ki davai nahi dene ka bola aur karib 9mah tak vitamin aur protein powder diya lekin meri isthiti me koi sudhar nahi hua.uske bad fefado ke aik doctor ko dikhaya to unhone sputum culture karvaya to p tb ntm bataya gaya jisme unhone mujhe report ke adhar par 15 din antibiotics dena aur band karna karke 12 mah tak chalaya lekin meri isthiti aur kharab hoti gayi aur oedema hone laga. uske bad mene tb hospital badi Udaipur bataya to doctor ne x ray aur echo karavaya jisme left fefda khatm hona aur right bhi kamjor hona bataya tatha echo me sever PAH v TR bataya gaya hai.abhi allopathy me lasix 40mg bd,spironolactone 25mg bd, metolozone 2.5 mg bd , clarithromycin 250mg bd , sildenafil 20mg tds chal rahi hai.sir inhi davai ke sath koi ayurved ki davai jo fibrotic lung aur PAH ko thik kare.philhal me bed par hun chal nahi sakta.dhanayvad sir
