Great recipe! I think I'd grate the lemon peel on a microplane to prevent bitterness and more evenly distribute it through the sauce. I also might use less cream and add parmesan, maybe a splash of white wine. Looks delicious, though!!
Me personally I would grate my lemon and using vegan cream and cashew cream, as well vegan parmesan . Yummy. Love the concept . I will use the base recipe with changes. Thanks for the recipe

We r in the US, here they do not sell "thickened cream", they sell whipping cream, heavy whipping cream and sour cream
