    Excellent video, my friend. All is mind!
    I picture my brain like two people. I am one, and my subconscious is the other person. The person in my subconscious is a nightmare. He always wants me to do things I don't wanna do. Eat bad food, watch mainstream media... Ect...
    So I have to be AWARE of these things that other person wants, because if I don't, I will do it.
    Awareness is saying NO to what that other person wants. YOU are in control. Be aware of everything you do, and create new habits for the things you dont like. AWARENESS and FOCUS.

    My subconscious is amazing. It's my personal Google. It stores information. Holds memories that are prioritized by my emotions. Most importantly, it stores my habits. I can't remember all of my habits consciously, so I store them on my hard drive, which is my subconscious. So every habit I've stored was created by me either consciously or unconsciously. ( good habits and bad habits)
    Here's the cool thing.. You can create new habits to override the bad habit. So now everything I don't like about myself, I focus one one thing, and create a new habit. For example. I was a messy person. I didn't like that. So I created a new habit of being orgwnized. I kept saying I am clean. I put everything away. I am organized. Over and over and over and over and over until I started to see changes.
    You were designed to do this. You just haven't been taught how to do this. Listen to Dandapani. He knows exactly what to do. Anyone can do this with patience, Awareness, and attention. ENERGY FLOWS WHERE ATTENTION GOES.

      Being aware of it is the solution because now you can make different decisions and train your mind to do as you want instead of it running the show.
