One of the greatest political philosophers this continent has ever had. I don't know why he decided to change in the mid 90's, if he remained like this, i think Zimbabwe was gonna be African powerhouse for sure. Thank you for wisdom.

I don’t know how old you are but I’m sure you don’t understand the real reasons for the “Unity Accord “ ( if you even heard about it), I am sure according to you Grace was the First Lady then.Oh tell me by the time Grace and Robert started hu shamwari hwavo hechikunya nguwo how many terms or years had lapsed? Fellaz Mugabe was an evil detector who was power hungry and full of sugar honey ice tea. Say what you can to paint him a benevolent honorable man and a saint guess what, he ain’t because his workers suggest otherwise and the effects of his selfishness and untamed behavior is reality that millions are living with every second of our lives. Intelligence to the core, this man was great man, only problem was he was surrounded by a wrong team. From this interview you can see he had a dream, if only the African leaders can learn not to be self centered, a lot if change could come about.

He was good, and then turned into a monster against his own people the more he stayed in power. Typical of all African dictators. Take an example of Museveni of Uganda, Mobutu of Zaire, Omar Bashir of Sudan. The list goes on and on.

@QhaweMadonko I learnt From Donald Trump, he said Putin is smart, but the problem is not that he is smart, the problem is our leaders are dumb. Are you that kind of person who acknowledges that your enemy is smart than your father? Look, I used to tell my friends that I have no quarrel with President Mugabe, when he was in jail 10yrs why was my father not in there with him? Then I learnt he didnt even go to the war. If your father was a true hero he should have been the president, why are you not Chamisa today? You play it safe right? then your kids tomorrow will be saying Chamisa is the devil, no thats a wrong address, where was your father, where are you today for your children tomorrow? We often see the evils and mistakes done by those trying while we are sitted folding our hands. We are worse and useless than those people.

A great field warrior can also lead politically but by the wisdom of that time and era. What we are seeing here is a leader that was fearless and seek only for the betterment of his people during this independence. However a lion must know when it is time to provide guidance and raise new leaders without fear of not holding the power at all times.
