actually his second guts doesn't last for one time. it is 3 turn guts where it will never end, in short, he is immortal for those 3 turns actually. if he kills ten times, he would revive ten times and his damage would become insane.

Well, the start dash rewards for JP are currently doubled for NY's so you can realistically get him with those and if you know what to do you can also get through many, many story chapters if you have a lot of time on your hands.
If you want to do that decide quickly, there's a free 30 quartz for the next few days and because of that you can reset rolls easily, I got him in only a few attempts doing it

it is not grail this time, it is azi dahaka and moon god bahloo combined. since azi dahaka is angra mainyu son, it gives the same feeling as corrupted grail which is in the process of becoming angra mainyu similar to azi dahaka who is in process of becoming actual true evil i.e angra mainyu. bahloo is a moon god of the Gamilaraay Aboriginal Australians. The immortal moon sprite who commands three dogs (snakes) and always comes back from the dead. Also, azi dahaka is an three headed dragon. so that's also the point.

His 3rd ascension is his Anime Expo cosplay of Angry Mathew from Fate/Abridged. He is TOTALLY skimping for that guy! Kirei with the long hair always reminds me of the one alien guy from Critters. I hope in the future we get Fate/Zero Kirei and Kiritsugu skins. He does look pretty sick as is though!
Special note. This isn't just a Pseudo-Servant. It would be more accurate to call it a reverse Pseudo-servant. Kirei made a contract with the Alien god and gained Rasputin's spirit origin who is mentally not present. Straight up period.
Personally I think his skill set is underwhelming and he doesn't have the damage to back it up. You're better off using Kiara for arts looping, and Douman is an AE that enables a lot more stuff. He's not bad or unusable, but like, the classic definition of mediocre.
He also has to compete with the welfare Taisui, who can't loop as well but is free NP5, has a more relevant supereffective niche, and also can do some hilarious curse memes in some nodes.
His guts skill is like hold ground+ Evertale if you play this game you know it Unlike hold ground+ Rasputin guts last long for 3 turn while hold ground+ as long as they still didn't get a turn the hold ground+ will active unlimited so if our character get stun for eternity the hold ground+ skill will also active for eternity and also some character have skill to reset the hold ground+ .
It makes sense because Rasputin gave all his authority as a servant to Kirei, literally a Waver situation. At least Kirei's 3rd skill makes sense for Rasputin as he refuses to die.
So what would you have wanted? That he has the same hermit beard and balding beginnings as the real Rasputin? Well, tbh I would have preferred that he had at least a well-trimmed beard and that he didn't leave control of the body to Kirei, but never mind, things are as they are.

I think he is probably the best Arts stalling Alter Ego for sure which is an interesting thing but I’d rather NP2 my kiara tbh, I like Rasputin within the story but feel weird to grab him as a servant. Kirschtaria on the other hand is a servant I’m dying to have and I will take an OG Saber Artoria with Avalon as well. In the meantime any new faces of Rin, Sakura, Shirou (half the time, idk why but can’t like his ruler face), Luvia, Medusa, Heracles, and Irisviel. Definitely hope OG Rin and dark Sakura become servants at some point.

I'd say he's a 7/10. He's servicable with how he has a 78% Damage for his NP every turn but unless you don't have Taisui, Grigori is going to be worse in both Refund and Damage. An Outlasted is what I see him excels at but even then, the 80% Unlimited Guts can end up bitijg him. It's near guarantee but a Chance Base is still a chance base. Unless of course, Lanling or Miyu is involved

I am very conflicted. I really wanted Birb Alter to be summonable, and I also would've liked a Rasputin that looked like and was, well, Rasputin. But what we got is really good, and it is fun watching Kirei in first ascension whip out the guns and rocket launchers. Still though, that he doesn't come with his shades either is just whack. Actually fuck it, that is a deal breaker, 0/10 where is my goddamn Aviators skin Lasagna?

I don't believe for a second this is Rasputin, not even remotely. It's 110% kotomine kirei. Idk how he's doing it, idk how he's posing as Rasputin while keeping his memories, but I fully believe kotomine is pretending to be Rasputin to give a false sense of security, and with the recent LB7, I wouldnt be surprised if he somehow takes up the mantle of foreign God now that u Olga has amnesia. If you don't believe me, take a look at every single fate stay night character that's been implemented into the game. Every single one looks like them, but isn't them, and doesn't have any kind of resemblance in their NPs to their vessels past life. The only one that comes kinda close is muramasa, and that's only cause of the magic glow on his body. But Rasputin? His Np is literally him reenacting the corrupted black grail scene from the stay night series. There's no reference to Rasputin at all as far as I'm aware. There's just no way that isn't kotomine kirei. (Edit: I completely forgot about waver, and it was pointed out that LB1 he was handed the reines (heh) by Rasputin, so thank you for reminding me.)
It's been established all the way back in LB1 that after Rasputin did his job in Russia he handed full control over to Kirei. So the psycho priest we know is walking around with Angra's son as a part of his core so this will definitely not end with a lot of murder, at all. Yep.
