The drunken zombie on the hood of the sheriff's car screaming "Oooooogie-boogie-boogie!!" always gets a laugh out of me.
That and the vomit gag at the restaurant were really the only two moments I remembered from this film.

8:00 - I always liked that portion of this movie, where the cool principal and the hypocritical preacher have a Scripture-quote-off in order to argue against each other.
Ending with the principal just screaming "Get the flock out of here!"

A good solid sequel to the classic first film.
As a (proud?) owner of both novelizations I seem to recall Porky was actually supposed to be one of the Klan members per the book. I believe the actor wanted no part of the nudity and was written out.
Yeah, because the nudity is the problem with that notion. LOL Klan member? Sure. Nudity? Hard pass.
Fair enough. I thought you were going to say he wanted nothing to do with wearing a Klan outfit, but not wanting to show skin works.
Porky's 2 is by far one of the better 80s non-horror sequels!

It killed me how Pee Wee and Wendy were pretty much forgotten about. I love this movie though and I love the Pee Wee and Wendy relationship. Porky's Revenge is the only Porky's movie I saw for a long time. We had recorded it off of satellite. I rented these other ones in high school and never thought much of the original, but this one I watch over and over again.
You just helped me discover a core memory of watching that Graveyard scene with the librarian when I was like 7 and my brothers were watching it like OMG it was so weird

The part were they are at the principal's office and the gym teacher wanting to check every male student's private area was the most hilarious thing in any comedy movie I have seen. I was literally on the floor when I saw this scene.
I must admit, I still laugh at the Principal asking if the reverend has an appointment and the reverend answering scene
I've seen The Original Porky's more than this one, but this is still an entertaining one. The Female Teacher was amazing as an antagonist again (though she had better material in the original). And the Corrupt Pastor vs the Principal was amazing. And that Graveyard scene is hilarious.
As a kid i always watched this stoned as shit, and i always laughed my ass off when the zombie guy jumps on the cop car yelling “oogie boogie!!”

Fun fact about this movie at least for me is the snake in the toilet scene. There is a group of girls who are on a yoga mat one of them is my mom. They were shooting near where she lived and got to be an extra in the movie
True story, I first saw all porky films broadcast on the one English-language channel in Saudi Arabia. Lots was cut to avoid offending the kingdom's uptight mores.

Whenever the USA Channel had their periodical Porky's trilogy marathon I'd always stop and watch it, even if it was already in progress. It is certainly a guilty pleasure and fully realize how low brow the comedy is, but it's funny. Porky's 2 is my favourite of the three because of the stuff with the Klan and the bible group. Since I hate both groups it's fun to watch them getting their comeuppance, especially when the Klan members are surrounded by an gymnasium filled with very pissed off Native Americans. There are moments when I half expect Billy Jack to wander in an threaten to "wop" the Grand Dragon on the left side of his face. I like Kaki Hunter throughout the trilogy. The only other film I remember seeing her in was Whose Life Is It Anyway in which she plays a nurse who tends to Richard Dreyfuss as an artist who becomes paralyzed from the neck down after an accident and fights to terminate his life. It's a long way from Angel Beach shenanigans but she was quite good, despite the depressing nature of the story. The trilogy is an acquired taste and might not go over with a modern audience.
We need a legacy sequel to both Porkys and King Frat
I don't care what the title says, I like to think this takes place a month or so after the original film, that would explain Mickey Jarvis's recovery.

Hey Porky needed the sequel to plan his "Revenge." What that revenge is, I'm not sure I never saw part 3, I'll just wait for the Snob review. Also he didn't want to appear in the nude, I can respect that.
I love Steve in this, he was a bit player in the first one but got more to do in the second one, go Steve #stevethezombie… also love seeing Edward Winter in something besides MASH 😊

This one was certainly ambitious with the varied plot lines and just having the Klan show up. Not the best of the series but still serviceable. How long until we get the remake do you think? Thanks for the review Snob!
I don't know about no memorable scenes. The graveyard scene is very memorable. And I laughed my ass of at the cops seeing the zombie.
I distinctly remember being far too young to watch this film franchise when it came on cable TV and being oddly invested in Wendy and Peewee's relationship. Also, this movie was my introduction to Shakespeare, bizarrely enough.

Porky's and Porky's 2 both seemed to take place in the 50's but when you get to Porky's Revenge it's clear they're in the 1980's, also the actors look way too old by that point.
wait, why is the play both Romeo and Juliet, MacBeth and Midsummer Nights Dream. Can a bunch of teens perform all that in one night? They are too busy shoving snakes in pipes to remember about the Donkey Head props. But yeah, even today, some schools are removing Shakspear, because witches, teen killing and drugs use.... SO YEAH! It's always been topical so long as people can READ!

Not a surprise you'd get to the sequel. Like I've said, I've only seen bits of the first "Porky's" on TV and probably some from the two sequels, so I don't really have much of an opinion on these movies. But despite this being rushed into production, it surprisingly doesn't look as bad as other sequels that were rushed out ala "Capcom" and most of their games. I think we can agree, this is better than "It's Alive 2".
I was confused as to which Porky's sequel was which. Revenge starts off with the big basketball game right?

there's a third one "Porky's Revenge" which is better then this one(as the racism angle to me feels horribly out of place in a sequel to a light-hearted sex comedy).
