$119.00 on a table that was DONATED to a THRIFT store...These thrift stores are getting ridiculous. More and more I'm sticking with church-affiliated thrift stores.
Right. They have a good cause (helping addicts rehabilitate) and do go down on the prices after a while and have sales, but do price furniture fairly aggressively.
I was at a church affiliated thrift store yesterday and they had a very small piece of pottery priced at four dollars. I don’t think that they are much better on their prices compared to other non-church affiliated thrift stores. I do think prices are based on location, even within city limits!
Little metal flower petal candle holders yes yes yes. They have a natural modern masculine elemental tone yet a little femine so versatile for many decor styles
Love the quilt with soft pale colours. All l can say is that you have amazing thrift stores in the US. So much stuff. In the UK a lot of charity shops seem to think they are antique shops with top prices. They forget that stock has been donated - free ! Anyway you have a lovely house and finding lots of bargains which is great! 😄💃🌟

My husband is from Maine and he says the thrift shops are higher there than here in North Carolina. For example he says dress shirts that would be $4 here are $10-$12 there. Also several people from the west coast have commented their shops are much higher there too. 🤷🏼♀️
Prices are getting crazy here in NZ, too. we keep saying the same thing with regards to donations but they actually have people researching the value of things, and sometimes if you pay you can get something comparable new!

Would have bought the lamp, coat rack. Would have added black or navy blue paint to the brass lamp in places and would have restrained the coat rack in espresso color 😊 OH my gosh I love the quilt, great find!

If the brass lamp was a heavy brass weight, I would have most definitely picked up. With your talent you could have spray painted the coat stand and flip on Facebook marketplace. Love the quilt too. Heading out to thrift today. Keep sending your videos

I would love 😍that shiny beautiful jewelry stand. Everything you picked out was so nice as usual, but my favorite thing this week was that fantastic quilt. I’m undecided on the lamp, but I probably would have picked it up to use in a home office. The coat rack was amazing…I see those in antique stores in my area and they go for hundreds….that would have 100% gone home with me. 🥰

Hi Tasha..I took a break from push mowing and happy to see you again. You get the most amazing things and what good prices. We just don’t have those prices at the Goodwill. I would love to have bins. Your dupes were better than the expensive. I love the outdoor candle holders after you sprayed them. I love to use that paint. I like what you did to the handles too. I keep that twine on hand. I would have passed on the tree stand only because I don’t have room for it and same with the brass lamps. I practically have a store in our garage and attic so trying to be mindful. I love how your whole house is so coordinated with the color scheme. I don’t know if you have ever heard of Tamarack…it is a beautiful store close to my home town that has all crafted stuff. The quilts usually start at fifteen hundred and go up. That child’s room is so sweet but yet not typical. I could go on and on about all of your finds. I had a former customer who thought she was dying so she gave me half her jewelry collection. I have shared it with my family. My niece( the one who made me the ceramic tea set ) is going to make art out of the jewelry. But, I could use that stand. I have too much. I want to donate some to Dress for Success. I would have picked up the lamp. I do have one very similar and it’s very versatile. I have it in my secretary but could also go on a small table. I had a natural wood coat rack in the 70’s. It was over $100 then so very nice. If you use one and have the space for it then get it. I didn’t so donated it a long time ago. Love your finds. I would love to have the jewelry stand. You do really well at decorating your home and finding just the right items. Love the quilt. It’s beautiful. Really enjoy your channel.

I would most definitely grab the lamp! Its so pretty! I laugh and call myself a lamp hoarder😄 I just love old antique & vintage lamps! And I may have more than one in every room, and more in storage🫣 The mirror was really pretty. I loved those candle holders too, very pretty. If I had somewhere to put the coat rack I'd love to have it, as of right now i have no room..I'd have to leave it sadly.🫤 The lanterns turned out really pretty, i would have chosen the jute also, keeps that rustic look.
