I got a crockpot just like that when we got married 42 yrs ago and still
have it and it still works. I use it still!!

The lights you bought can be used anywhere as you said - but they are lights made for Christmas window lighting...one in each window on the front of your home, or all windows..we have those to use at Christmas also.
The drying rack you got will also be great in the summer for towels and bathing suits when the grand kids come over to swim. Seeing your name in that book gave me goose bumps!

The muffin tins,make nice earring holders especially for clip earring. they can be painted and glue a circle .of felt inside the bottom.
They're also good for yard sales, church bazarrs.each section can be numbered, so the seller knows exactly what was sold.
They also make good spice, herbs or seasoning containers for cooking or baking, for example when making cookies with sprinklers,chocolate chips etc.
I think each section holds about a half cup.There are the much larger pans for the jumbo muffins.

Yes, I have my mothers crockpot from the 60's. I'm 72 now and we still use it,

The wooden "shelf" reminds me of a church pew hymnal rack that I found at an antique mall....

The Copelands are false teachers. I would suggest doing a little research on them to find out for yourself.
I still use the crockpot that I received as gift in the 70's. I actual made a roast in it today.
The little candle lights will come on when it’s dark and will turn off when it’s daylight. It may come on when it’s really cloudy and dreary.
Also you can display you salt and pepper shakers on the little shelf.
You could use the dryer on the porch in warmer weather for drying clothing. I remember having to hang dry most of my daughter's clothing!
Yes, my mama had a crockpot like that one. I loved the food cooked in it but HATED having to steady it on the side of the sink to wash. Back then the inside didn’t come out.
Oh I know! Crockpot has come a long way.
Our hard books at Goodwill are $3.19! Children books are $1.99, soft books are in between there , in South Kansas City, Missouri.
I had that same one and the struggle was real washing that thing I was worried that I would get shocked when I plugged it in the next time
We could have used those crockpot liners they sell now
I still have a crockpot with a non-removable crock! Its almost 40 years old but trusty! Bought it when I was single!
I love that you bought “stuffies” for your grand babies there! I was a Sunday School teacher & bought teddy bears for a Valentine’s Party! Just washed & dried them all on hot! They were much loved by my kiddos!

I got a crock pot like that (same color & everything) in 1975 as a shower gift. I still have it & still use it occasionally.

I have a few of the plug in candles. The little clear circle on the base needs to stay uncovered for the sensor timer to work. They work great in windows seals. Mine....1 is on top of my hutch which gets alot of sun during the day the other is in my kitchen that works great as a night light.

Oh my goodness Julie! So loved the haul and everything you find! My sweet momma had a bright orange crockpot!! She.loved bright colors and changing decor too! She would paint walls one day and have furniture rearranged before we wokeup on a Saturday with a fresh decor! Love those memories! Thanks Julue!

Those candlesticks come from qvc. I have several. We use our towel rack like that when e go camping to have to towels and wet bathing suits. Very convenient

Don’t forget that the drying rack will be great for beach towels after the pool. I think that cute heart candle holder can be hung on the wall also. Great finds! 👍

When I was growing up my parents would take us to the drive-in and use the spiral Pic mosquito repellent to keep the mosquitoes away. It worked, too! And Pic still makes the spirals. That brought back such good memories! 😊 Have a great weekend, Julie!

Yes I had a green crockpot just like the one you showed !!! I remember they were hard to clean as the pot part didn’t come out, and there weren’t crock pot liners back then !!!

Yes my momma had a crockpot just like that one, then she pass it to me. I had it for the longest and then it quit work. The crockpot was over 20 years. Tfs

I had a green crockpot. So did my mother. I have a fold up clothes dry rack and use it year round. OH, MY I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THE PILLOW💝. You did good with that buy!! Great haul! See you next week 💝

Yes, the famous avocado crock pot. It matched the avocado sink, stove, fridge, pots n pans, etc. My early childhood kitchen. I was never into RaeDunn but am now seeing a lot of it in the thrift stores. Lol

Julie we get the mosquito sticks here in FL at the dollar tree during spring and summer. They come 5 in a pack but are much thinner than the 1s you found. They have a heavy citronella smell I always pick up a few packs when I see them because if there is a mosquito anywhere in the vicinity I am the ONE person who will get bit!
You could sit that wood rack flat on the counter and set large jars or canisters in it

Yes indeedy we had a crockpot like that, same colour and everything! My mom used to cook spaghetti sauce, pot roasts and a lot of beef stews! I remember it came with a recipe book, along with instructions.
Have quite a few drying racks, especially sweaters!

Great haul drying racks are nice to have I received a crock pot as a wedding gift back in the early eighties since then I use a crock pot that the bo l comes out to wash easier

*I really enjoyed this thrift haul, Julie❣️🥰 I have the same crock pot from the 1970's, except mine is in the red-orange color. The only thing I don't like about it is that the crockery liner is not removable, which makes it trickier to clean.*
*The English Cottage looking pillow with the "blowsy roses" is beautiful 😘🥰😍 - and keep in mind, you can't go wrong with a $1.29 pillow insert for a pillow cover, LOL‼️*
*I personally L💟VE hearts 💕 - but I DON'T love furniture or shelves or wall units with the heart cut-outs, either‼️ But I have a solution❣️ I fill in the heart cut-outs with Durham wood putty, and then cover them over with either an I.O.D. paper clay mold or a wooden embellishment. I don't even paint the wooden item - I just paint or stain the mold or the wooden embellishment I covered the heart opening with, and voila - a new look for very little money that doesn't look DIY❣️😊*
*YES‼️ You definitely should have bought that ceramic pot, Julie...it was a BARGAIN at that price...and it was GORGEOUS❣️ Next time, think of it this way: at $5.99, if you only use the pot for 2 years, it has ONLY cost you 25 CENTS A MONTH to have the enjoyment of that pot - and you probably will end up keeping something that pretty for a lot longer than 2 years, don't you think?*
Hi Julie! There's that diaper rack I was talking about oh I think it was about a year ago. We've got monster mosquitoes here in Georgia too and we're only in the central part. Mama had a crockpot exactly like that one. In fact she gave it to me when I moved away from home. The crock part got to be so heavy for me to clean I just started using liners when I cooked in it. I used to have a large crock pot, given to us by my folks. My Hubby was great with it, but no matter what I tried my meat always got leached of liquid & came out dry as an old sponge. I finally gave it to church friends.---When was the last time you priced plant pots at the garden center or market!---That book was a serendipitous find! Hope it's as worthy as you hope.

Julie...that is so neat that the book had your name in it! What's cool about it to me is, the letters are so small...God speaks in a Still Small voice. That book was there just for you.
I know you don't remember, but months ago when I started following you, you had said how you didn't like the hearts in the wood. I remember telling you that I have a heart shelf in my bathroom and that I love it. You told me they are good for some, but just wasn't your style. I have to let you know, that every time I dust that shelf, I think about you. lol

Those electric window candles are fantastic. I have them in every window...they have a light sensor that turns the light on at dusk (so be careful not to paint over that 😉) I would have snapped up all of them!
