The owner of this Cirrus, Mike shows us in detail how the Avidyne R9 flys while paired with the capable Avidyne DFC-100 autopilot in his Generation 1 Centennial Edition Cirrus SR22. The R9 is remarkably capable while going head to head with the popular Garmin G1000. To upgrade from the Avidyne EX5000 with Garmin 430's and S-tec 55x to the R9 with DFC-100 was approximately $95,000 in 2012 U.S.D.
