I did the trail this May, It exceeded my highest expectations. Buy gaiters, or you'll be sorry. I never had to empty my shoes. EVER!
Libertà allo stato puro!
Grazie Michal
Where does it start ? Sines or Porto Covo??
You can choose what suits you. Some people start in Sines, some in Porto Covo. The trail between these towns is not very engaging though.
Nice video. The Insta360 footage places you in the scenery very well. This was helpful as I prepare to do the walk in April. What month was your journey?
Thanks. I hiked it in April.
I just watched the first 3 minutes and am fascinated! What kind of camera gear are you using?
Thanks, I'm using Insta360 X3 on a 3m long selfie stick + Rode Wireless 2 Go microphone. No drone.
@@michalskrabalek Thanks and regards for your instant reply! My colleague and me are wondering about the "sand issue" and don't know exactly how to handle it. I've seen wearing you trecking shoes which don't cover completely the knuckle...we want to use trecking shoes which are covering the knuckle. Any idea about this? Once again, great video andthe super sympathic actor :)
@@orestepinche there's not much to say about the sand, you can see it on the video. I think even with gaiters you would have full shoes eventually. It's no big deal, just a part of this amazing experience, sand won't kill you 😉
@@michalskrabalek 👍
@@michalskrabalek Dear Michal, sorry for bothering you again. Starting next Sunday our “rota vicentina” adventure and hoping that the mud of the recent rainfalls might disappear. I bought the Insta360 x3 too and wonder which settings for the resolution and framerate you used? Did you always record in 360?
