The original 140 had 350hp, the 141 375hp. Then the 142 without intercooler (141,5 😄), had the same output. With cooler the 142 had two versions: 420 and 430hp. 143 had 400, 420 (edc), 450, 470 (edc) and 500hp (edc). 144 had 460 and 530hp. That was the last 14,2 litre, and along with the edc-versions of the 142 they started to get more torque lower down in the rpms. The 15,8 had 500, 560 and 620hp. Here I fall off a bit, because I think the 15,8 litre also had a 580hp-version? Or maybe not. Torque clearly low down in the rpms. R- and S-series and got 16,4 litres, and here it is a looong range of outputs. From 500, 520, 580, 650, 660, 730, and now the 770, plus the versions I have missed. 😄

The Original 14 litre V-8 . 287 hp . The SAME engine ended up pushing out 560 hp . Just short of Double .
Now , the 16 litre engine bangs out 770 .
The original 140 had 350hp, the 141 375hp.
