Hello. Why does your video have such a low volume?
It is VERY important that videos do NOT have much lower volume than other things like advertising.
Imagine that you turn the volume up a lot and then comes the advertising, bang.
      Not good for ears!

I recognised some of the ringtones: 7, 9 and 10 were the old MIDI ringtones from the 1st edition Nokia Series 40, and the horrible no. 2 was in fact a very popular SMS tone from the Sony Ericsson T series phones (T610, T630…) where it didn't sound horrible at all back then, but that was because of a higher-quality synthesiser.
Not sure whether it's interesting or not, but here we go… Glad we see these things keep on coming.
      Cheers!

These Xperias had weird problems with their touchscreens drifting out of calibration. My girlfriend at that time had an X10 and it would stop recognizing fingerpresses when the environment got too hot. In summer this thing was almost unuseable.
There was a super-complicated method to recalibrate it. Did that once, worked, never dared to look at it again.
The clone probably worked better in that regard.

    • @rvnx

And then you had the follow up, the Z, which got so hot you couldn't even use it in the summer months without having it overheat doing anything even remotely demanding. Really no surprise the whole series kinda fell into obscurity.

I got the Xperia neo with the same CPU and overclocked it to 1.6ghz.
It was faster than the Dual core Samsung S II at that time

If you want a low power broadcast grab an antanna amplifier and plug it in backwards or you can use an antanna instead of a TV at the output

I wonder whether there are Xperia I mk. III (the latest Sony flagship) clones. I doubt it, since it's an enthusiast device, and I doubt any buyers would be tricked, and it's not a fashion thing like most other smartphone brands.

Yeah, that super duper looked like a Sense ripoff to me, my first smartphone was a Wildfire S with Sense 2. Still have that phone, and it works.. but can't do a whole lot, mostly due to nearly non-existant internal memory. It's nice and small though so was wondering about trying to use it as a dedicated MP3 player if I don't wanna use my phone for some reason.
