Good track listing, As for some bonus tracks, there is a rare Ringo recording of "See You later Alligator" from a compilation album called Songs from Quarantine Vol 2. Ringo also has "Don't Be Cruel", Rock around The Clock", "Money", "Only You". Also "Honey Don't" from the Carl Perkins session. He also did a duet with Jerry Lee Lewis on I think "Sweet Little Sixteen". George also sang "Jonny Be Good" at a charity concert, but I think it was never officially released, only on video.
I would probably add Just Because and Stand by me by John on there. Honey Hush and Brown Eyed handsome man by Paul and possibly. Don’t ask me what I’d remove. Make it 16 track album instead. The songs are short. Lol
Interesting topic. Some great tracks chosen. Looking in the comments. George doing Johnny B Goode at the Heartbeat show 86. Not officially released., or maybe Roll over Beethoven from live in Japan. Also i would have put Blue Suede Shoes from Live peace in Toronto.
I guess we have a different idea of what rock and roll is. I Got Stung no way, SHE SAID YEAH is the scorching rocker and should have been the first choice. I wouldn't use any songs from Lennon's so-called rock and roll album because the truth is that album DOESN'T ROCK! Don't get me wrong, it's a good album with some nice songs but it's not a hard rocker like McCartney's RUN DEVIL RUN. From Lennon, I would use the songs NEW YORK CITY, ROCK AND ROLL PEOPLE, MEAT CITY, and BEEF JERKY now those songs rock!
Choosing songs from the 50s, which is the idea for the album. Was difficult for my Lennon choices as I was limited to his one rock n roll album. Thanks for watching.
Best of all from John is live 'Cold Turkey' from STINYC, also 'I'm Losing You' and 'I Don't Wanna Face It'...the Anthology versions. 'Aint That A Shame' absolutely rocks. And you could throw in 'Yer Blues' from Toronto if you like.

I forgot John Lennon "Hound Dog".
“Slipping and Sliding” is a great opener, a great performance by John, and my favorite cut from his Rock and Roll album.
Russian Lp of McCartney is a masterpice. What a voice!
Never really listened to the rocky ones much, but you wetted my appetite. Good stuff man
Glad you enjoyed it, the rocky stuff is great.
Had John lived then maybe an album of Rock and Roll favourites is what he and Paul may have ended up recording together in the early 1980s
I would probably add Just Because and Stand by me by John on there. Honey Hush and Brown Eyed handsome man by Paul and possibly. Don’t ask me what I’d remove.

Amazingly Interesting!!!
Got My Mind Set on You - George Harrison
Ah yes good call, hadn't thought if that one.

Yes some good tracks chosen, not sure I've hear the Jonny B Goode by George
I would have added ‘No Other Baby’ to the album, but you didn’t, so whatever I guess. Thx.
I did consider it, but I figured 2 slow songs was enough
It has such a great groove, but whatever. Thx.@@AndrewBrooks
It doesn't rock!
Ringo did good versions of Don’t be cruel and Rock around the clock both better than she’s about a mover
Cool, haven't heard those.
@@AndrewBrooks Dontbe cruel is a bonus track on the weight of the world cd single , Rock around the clock is on the Change the world ep
I wcheck then out, just hoes to show how much I play my ringo stuff.
I love Ringo’s Don’t Be Cruel. One of my favorite tracks from the Time Takes Time sessions.
