Fun fact about Mechanicalchaser is that it used to be ridiculously expensive, like several thousand per copy. Since it came out in a tournament pack at high rarity and had the highest atk points for a level 4 monster at the time, competitive players spent boatloads of money to get their playsets.
Jen will forever be top deck queen. Her comebacks are awesome & iconic. Susu you were on a win streak for a bit but the top deck queen earned that name for a reason

Mechanical chaser was one of my top 10 monsters I would use in real life as part of my machine deck and even use it while playing master duel

Looks like Mechanical Chaser came out first in September 2002 but in a tournament pack. Didn't get a wide release until 2005 in dark beginning 2. Gemini elf had a wide release in March 2003 in the Labyrinth of Nightmare packs so it was more common.

Yes played Forbbiden Memories back in the day. Hard AF but getting the Meteor Black Dragon from the meadow mage made winning possible

It's wonderful and entertaining to see your enthusiasm for putting together and playing with these decks. Don't worry about any mistakes while you play; they're all part of the fun. As for my recommendation, I believe a duel between true Galaxy-Eyes masters is in order: Tachyon Dragon vs Cipher Dragon. I think Photon Dragon might be too much for both to handle, but it would be fun if the winner takes on Photon Dragon. Each of them has their own strengths and weaknesses, so it might come down to how cleverly you use them ;)

Mechanical Chaser came out 1st which is why it was so sought after upon release, but when Gemini Elf came out then that became the new game changing highly sought after card. I mean Mechanical Chaser was still a chase card even though Gemini Elf was released because why not have two Level 4 Heavy Beat Sticks at three in your deck right?

I loved forbidden memories! I always got stuck on the first Heishin duel though when going through the maze. I was so close to beating it!
No exactly what I have been requesting, but still awesome to see this:
1) Don't have one.
2) I played around with a lot of jank. Big Burn was something I always wanted to work better than it did.
3) Did play Forbidden Memories, but don't think I beat it.

I've been watching speed runs of forbidden memories lately and yes I had it. Received it as a gift for my birthday could never figure out the fusions. Wish I still had it

Hey Jen, I don't know if it's too op for these duels. But Amazoness Call in the Graveyard effect on Swordswoman with Queen on the field will let Swordswoman attack every monster and Susu would take all the damage. One of my FAVOURITE combos! Don't ever bother putting Swordswoman in defense...unless it has to be bait i guess.

Took me about almost a year, but i beat Forbidden Memories the first time around. Then went back and BM'd everybody in the game multiple times

Mechanical chaser was a tourney pack exclusive card back in the day which was stronger than le gene before eventually cards like Gemini elf came out to power creep. Then eventually that got power crept by attack force and 2k level 4.
In game 3 Susu should have summoned mechanical Chaser and attacked the harpie lady so she couldn't use egotist on the next turn, then he would have been way ahead in game state

So... according Yugipedia,, Gemini Elf was released in the set Labyrinth of Nightmare on Dec 1, 2004 and Mechanicalchaser was released in the set Dark Beginning 2 on July 27, 2005. So Gemini Elf was released before Mechanicalchaser

YCS Long Beach 2012: Dark World deck by Michael Balan. Loved it, I build myself a Dark World deck back then with this wining deck in mind.
I played forbidden memories a lot as a kid and never beat it. I’ve since went back and played it as an adult and have beaten it

What about "inspired rogue" decks? Pick a character, then build a deck that would simply fit them.
Like, sure, they may have never used these cards in either the manga or anime to this day, but just cards they'd totally would have if they could.
Like there's so many new spellcasters for Yugi/Atem. So many more fiends and zombies for Bakura and Bonz. So many more machines for Bandit Keith. Some more Toons for Pegasus. Not only more Harpies cards but even just more winged beast stuff for Mai or whoever else in the franchise that primarily played them WB's, etc.
Like the decks don't even have to look anything like their official decks as long it still fits their personality and aesthetics.

This was an interesting game to say the least. Gravity bind preventing attacks on both sides and with the chance of barrels effect hitting per turn you really have to calculate the risk of summoning. 😂
I never had Forbidden Memories but Resheif of Destruction on gba was hard, much harder than Sacred Cards.
Yes I did play yu-gi-oh forbidden memories when I was younger still remember the combs too. No I haven't beat the game yet. Did unlock almost all the characters. Very hard game. You or y'all played yu-gi-oh duels of the roses?

i have beaten yugioh forbidden memories about 5 times now , its pretty easy three's a way to get al the cards you want when you buy the cards or at least know the card codes at the bottom of the cards you play in real life .
I had it on ps1 notan emulator never beat it though but was such a great game

Mechanical chaser was a turnoment pack card for like the longest time didnt get its reprint for like ever so og 1800 was the best till teh 1900 came with gimi elf and luster dragon came along as ur normal mosters but there was also 2000 and 2200 wih dark elf and gumo as well but less played due to lp wasnt spent as much as in todays thinking judment was the only card back in the day ppl played that did that players liked
Played and beat forbidden memories. Took me days to get past the Fing sages but when I was kid and had the game shit man I got no where lol😅 took me an adult to beat it once I understood the fusion of the cards

forbidden memories is actually my favorite game, played it since i was a kid and iv beaten it a number of times, its not as hard as you might think just requires some nice grinding
